Top-notch dental services combined with best-of-class office staff, billing and communications systems ensures that I have an excellent experience every single time I'm there. It also doesn't hurt that their upstairs waiting room is first class with lots of current magazines to choose from and a panoramic view to the south. I've never had to wait long for my appointment, and usually never have a wait.

Mike Steele is amazing and Dr. Scott always makes me feel calm and welcome. The office staff is excellent as well! They really work with you if you have any anxiety about dental work.

Huge disconnect between front desk and staff. They scheduled me twice for the wrong procedure and I had to come back another time, I was understanding about that, cause it happens right.... Paid cash in full for discount on getting a crown done. Had to go back for a check up and then to pull the temporary sealant and put the permanent sealant on. Once I left I thought I was all done, seeing as I paid for it in cash in the beginning.
I got a call from collections saying I owe them money. I call and they say there was no notes on my acct about the last visit I had, go figure since they kept scheduling me for something I didn’t need. After trying to correct this with Aesthetic Family Dentistry they still said I came in for a cavity.... even the collections agency called them to dispute this charge for me. I ended paying it off so it wouldn’t be on my credit score. But I will always tell people this story and not recommend this place anymore.
I will say the dentist, hygienist and assistants were all personable and friendly. But no one knows what’s going on with scheduling of what....so beware.

I was blown away by their up to date equipment and excellent customer care. The front office is warm and comfortable as you wait and the ppl there where so understanding of my pain and where quick to get me in also they are open on Saturdays as a self employed person this is excellent for me. I would definitely recommend them. Two thumbs up

I give Aesthetic Family Dentistry 5/5 stars. I’m terrified of the Dentist usually- I hate needles, I don’t like the feeling of my teeth being messed with, the list goes on. Dr Woods listens and works with me on my anxiety. He tells me everything he’s doing, his work isn’t just good- it’s thoughtful as well. The assistants are happy, fun, outgoing, also tell you everything that’s going to be done, and help lighten the mood if you’re stressed. The whole operation is really friendly and professional. This place makes up for my awful luck of dental genetics. I would really prefer to not be at the dentist as much as I am, but since It’s inevitable - I’m happy it’s at Aesthetic Family dentistry :D

Wonderful warm professionals! My first time to a Dentist in years. No insurance. They took time and explained everything. So blessed they have an in-house dental plan. Nicest Dentist and staff!

Dr. Scott and everyone else are amazing. I had terrible service at another dentist when I was a kid which put me off going for a long time. Dr. Scott and all the assistants have changed how I feel about going now. They answer all the questions I had, are gentle and are more than willing to help you out if you need something, even off the clock. My root canals and crowns have been so easy thanks to Dr. Scott and the assistants. Just amazing care.

I really like this dentist office. They are really good with children, my 4 yr. old had a great time for her first dentist visit. Dr. Scott Methven is really great. I also had a wisdom tooth extraction Dr. Johnson did really good I'm pretty impressed. The staff are friendly as well.

I’ve used this dentist for years, great dentist. Not so great staff. I tried to schedule an appointment but was told I couldn’t unless I could give them my insurance number which I didn’t have on me at the time of the call. I asked if I could pay cash and make an appointment and was still denied the ability to make an appointment. Bummer I have to find a new dentist. Insurance trumps cash.

Dr. Woods Was awsome & as most people are fearful of going to the dentist..I had to over come my anxiety and go do what needed done. This Dr. Approached me like family and was kind, gentle and talking to me as a friend...
Very wonderful warm personality. Explained everything in detail, even the length of time it could take till perfection was obtained...
And it was.. thank you again Dr. Woods & your staff who worked so very hard until it was perfect w/ a smile.
Will definitely recommend you to anyone.
