Aesthetic Dentistry of Georgetown

I just had the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in the door. Angela was the treatment coordinator I talked with about my dental issues and she was so nice and friendly. I felt comfortable with her right away. She was just awesome! Dr Mark Duncan came in to look at my xrays and he was just as awesome as Angela. He very thoroughly explained what he thought was going on and where we needed to start first. He was extremely kind and made me feel like I finally found a dentist who was truly going to be able to fix my dental issues. I can't recommend this place enough, they are wonderful!

Everyone at Aesthetic dentistry is absolutely amazing from the moment you walk through the door.
My dental hygienist is Amy who I adore! I have seen Dr Duncan and have also seen Dr Holley. Both extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and warm. I would not trust anyone else with mine or my family’s teeth. They are the best hands down!

Hands down the Best Dental office that my husband has ever been too!! My husband had to have his back wisdom tooth pulled today. Dr. Krista and her assistant Reagan were wonderful!! My husband said that she was so gentle, he never felt a thing! Dr. Krista and her assistant Reagan made sure he was ok through the whole thing. This is the friendliest office my husband has ever been too!! They really care about their patients!!

I love getting to visit this office! Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. It truly feels like a family. Plus, I know I am being well taken care of because they are the best of the best! In fact, I have referred several of my friends here as a result!

I’ve been having lots of work done and throughout the process lots of little things have had to be tweaked along the way making it all a bit tedious but Dr. Duncan and the whole staff are so nice and helpful- always good listeners. I’ve been to other dentists who seem irritated if things aren’t quite right- as if it’s the patients fault! I’m not the only one who has said that.

So….if you go to Dr. Duncan you will get a caring and thoughtful dentist who will listen and get things right!

First class dentistry. I feel calm and comfortable the moment I walk through the door and I usually have super anxiety visiting the dentist . Everyone is great from checking in to checking out. Very efficient too. I highly recommend them.

I made my first appointment here and they told me how much my visit would be. I went to my visit and was charged exactly what they said my appointment would cost. Two weeks later they called me and said I owed them three times what I paid them. When I asked why, they said half of what I still owed, the insurance company wouldn’t mail the check to them only to me but they confirmed my address with the insurance company and I should have the check soon to give to them. I called the insurance company and they said they had my old address and never heard from the dentist about the check. The other half of what they said I owed they claimed was not covered by insurance and that’s why they didn’t know how much to charge me at my visit. However they had me give them my insurance information a week before my visit so they could see what my coverage was. When I told them that after giving them my insurance information I was told a specific price of what my visit would cost the person I was on the phone with said, “ well I didn’t tell you that”. I couldn’t believe a so called “ reputable” business in a small community like Georgetown would take the stance of, you must of been talking to one of our employees that lies. Sorry, where’s our money.

My experience at Aesthetic Dentistry has been fantastic. Hannah, Angie, and Dr. Mark took care of my dental issues. They were professional, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. There were a couple of issues that came up, out of AD's control, and they made adjustments and accommodations for me while the issues were being resolved. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend Aesthetic Dentistry.

Love this office! Kristie took care of my daughter today, did a fantastic job with her! Dr Mark did her exam, and found no cavities! We’ll keep coming back; no other office in town cares for patients like they do!

During the holidays when the office was closed, I had a dental emergency—a tooth broke. The office had foresight enough to leave one of the dental hygienist’s numbers for such emergencies. Angela met me at the office and provided a temporary solution until I could see the doctor. That is patient care above and beyond!
