I especially want to thank Skyler Catiller, the Patient Account Support Specialist for diligently working with our co-insurance companies until the very end (long after we moved)— Skyler didn’t give up until she made sure the insurance followed through and paid ALL claims! She was always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful at any time I needed information!! Hands-down, the best!!! I have never found a more friendly dentist! From the reception team, technicians, hygienist and dentist. I am extremely sensitive and have TMJ making extended periods with my jaw open insufferable. Dr. David was kind, caring and gentle during my exam. Heidi was amazing when explaining what type of follow-up work was recommended. Emily is quite possibly the best hygienist in all of Alaska. I have never had a cleaning as great as the one I had with Emily. If you need a dentist group, look no further!

For most of my life I had a great fear of the dentist, the saying that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch - it's true. When Dr Joe came to Wasilla my kids and I went to see him. Over the course of those years I have over come my fears and my children do not have them at all! I now have a smile that I readily display and a confidence that I hold deep which wasn't there prior. I have recommended Dr Joe and his staff to several people over the years and will continue to do so. I won't be changing dentists for many more years if I have anything to say about it.And the hygienists and dental assistants....they are top notch and care a lot for their patients.
