I took my daughter in for an emergency appointment, we have never been to this office before this morning. My little girl has a major fear of all doctors and going to the dentist this morning was no different. But the dentist and the staff at Dental Innovations were absolutely amazing with her. They were kind, patient and they made sure she was comfortable before proceeding with anything. I will be going back and I will recommend this office to everyone! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They’re absolutely amazing, from start to finish.

Dental Innovations is the least invasive best dental care I've ever had in my life. The staff are remarkable and Dr Richter is a precision dentist who should be teaching future dentists proper dentistry! Thank you Dental Innovations for your excellent service.

Teeth cleaning, did not clean my teeth correctly left the white stuff in my bottom teeth which had to be scrapped off by a professional dental location. They did my x-rays for my teeth and did not put on the protection vest even though it was right next to me. Then claimed I had a cavity (highly unlikely) based off the x-rays then did nothing about it, rebooked me to take care of the cavity and put numbing on my gums which they gave it 30 seconds and went to work, which I could feel it. Had them stop but this stuff is supposed to take roughly 5 minutes to numb, which they did not return until 22 minutes later(stop watch). They then work on other area that was not were the cavity was supposedly located. I am told the dental location's claim people have cavities in order to make more money and this is from a follow dentist who once worked in Alaska. I am currently working on legal complaints regarding this place. Stay tuned.

Dr. Arwood is excellent! She professionally and kindly explained my options to improve the overall appearance and health of my teeth. She beautifully handled some cosmetic concerns I had and whitened my teeth. They have never looked better. I will definitely be coming back again.

I had a tooth pulled and bone graph. Had to use my own (saved) pain meds before and after the procedure. Left their office in pain. No follow-up phone call.

So far I’ve only had one procedure done so my experience is limited at this time. The ladies there took great care of me even tho I’m a huge baby when it come to dentistry. I’ve been to many dentists throughout my life but this was the best/least painful experience I’ve ever had.

I came to Dr. Arwood for a cleaning because I had some pain. She discovered I needed a crown and gently got me all fixed up. My teeth feel so much better now and she took the time to really explain things to me during the process. Awesome experience all around, I highly recommend Dr. Arwood.

I'm so glad I found Dental Innovations. Dr. Arwood is a great dentist. After having a very very poor experience with another dentist I was apprehensive of seeing any one else. My oral health was on a steep decline, and it was desperately time to get some work done. I was terrified, and overwhelmed of getting my wisdom teeth extracted, as well as all the other work that was required. Dr. Arwood made a wisdom tooth extraction that I was terrified of sort of fun. She was very personable, and seems like she really enjoyed her job. Chris the dental assistant was awesome too, she chatted with me the whole time which really helped with my anxiety with the ordeal. There's still more work to do, but I'm glad it will be this Dr to do it!

Absolutely the best dental experience of my life. The staff of Dental Innovations really knows how to treat their patients. Everybody in the office is friendly and helpful. Dr. Arwood is exceptional in both skill and knowledge. Dr. Arwood has great "bedside manner" and is just a top notch dentist. I won't be changing dental offices. I am giving them 5 stars even if it means I might have a longer wait for my next visit. They earned them!
