Dr Gurr is the best dentist I have ever used. He is gentle and very thorough. He always explains what is happening. It’s always enjoyable to go there. I couldn’t always say that with some dentists in the lower 48. The staff and the hygienists are all very professional as well. I would highly recommend Dr Gurr if you are looking for a dentist.

The front desk receptionist was kind and friendly. She was very helpful with my insurance and made a very good impression on the office for me. The clinic staff were also friendly and helpful in explaining my dental exam and Dr. Gurr was informative and professional in his exam and dental recommendations.

It was our first visit to the office and they absolutely went above and beyond for my me and my son. Everyone, from the front staff, to the dentist and his assistant, went well above basic service. We were in and out in record time and my son was out of pain. Would highly recommend!!

I had a root canal done last year at the Endodontist in Anchorage. I never got a crown on the tooth which resulted in my tooth breaking a few days ago. Meridian Dental was able to get me in the next day and Dr. Pieper is always wonderful and explains my treatment plans. I highly recommend Meridian Dental!

This dental office is amazing!! I loved the Heated massage dental chairs and they even brought me a blanket because I was a little cold. I was so comfortable the entire time I was being worked on. They have the sweetest Hygenists and they are so gentle. I have a really bad receding gum line and they were super careful not to cause me any pain. Dr. Gurr is amazing! Love and recommend this office x100!

My fiancé went in today for tooth pain. They are able to diagnose and treat her same day. No long waiting. They extracted her tooth and had her on her way in no time. She is super thankful for them. Will definitely be using them as our primary dental office from now on.

The doctors and staff here are the BEST! I have had such a huge fear of dentists my entire life, but Dr. Gurr and his staff really put people at ease. They are hands down the best in Alaska. I highly recommend them, even the kids LOOK FORWARD to their dentist appointments!

What a wonderful dental clinic. Massage chairs are a plus. Very patient oriented. Kelsey was wonderful and very attentive to my dental need and explained everything in terms I understood. But it would be nice if there were a few toys in the waiting room for children.

Update: I’ve been here many times. Dr. Gurr is super nice and understanding. I love that all their equipment/technology is modern and new, as well!
