Nobody knows what is going on in their life 3 months from now. So when personal things or oroblems come up money is more important to them. Instead of notifying you to make an appointment around the time of they make appointments 3 to 4 months out and make you pay $50 because lord forbid life happens. Well now you lost 3 customers.
