*****UPDATE..........After my previous post, I went back to have my tooth pulled. Piece of cake. Dr Kinney was awesome, and I had only minor discomfort. I have now had deep teeth cleanings on both sides of my mouth, and have been going back for regular checkups. Fear of dentists? Not any more. I actually look forward to my dental appointments now. I love this clinic, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist!
I got a horrible toothache on Sunday. Not having a dentist in town, I asked people at work who they would recommend. Several people said Verde Dental care. I called at 1000 Monday morning, and they were able to get me in that afternoon at 3:00. Karen was so friendly and helpful. She even greeted me by name when I walked in the office that afternoon. The staff was warm and welcoming, which for someone who has a huge fear of dentists, had a very calming effect on me. I have to have my tooth pulled, and they set me up for the appointment Wednesday afternoon. I still have a fear of dentists, but after meeting the staff of Verde Dental Clinic, I don't think this will be such a bad experience! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a warm, friendly, efficient dental office!

We have moved to this area recently and needed to establish with a dentist and Verde Dental was highly recommended and I can see why! The staff is very friendly and the exam was very thorough. The equipment is very modern. I'm very pleased and will definitely be returning!

They Couldn’t get it together to fix a problem tooth. Oh well! Took 2 weeks for them to get me In from the first contact. Unless you’re paying 100% cash they seem to not be too interested. Told me I was in network when I called! finally got in and told me they weren’t in network, not to mention it would take 6 weeks to get insurance approval??? I think I had dealt with 3 people at the front desk. I really wanted it to work out. Dr Kinney seemed like he could have helped me.

Awesome experience. .I had a molar pulled ..and of course a bit nervous but not one bit of pain or discomfort. The doctor and his assistant were both so professional and gentle....I didn't even have discomfort with the numbing shots...his assistant was right there with reassuring words and comfort. Other staff were professional and friendly. ..highly recommend VERDE DENTAL CARE....

I continue to be impressed and very satisfied with Verde Dental Care in my second year with their "in house insurance". They recently fit me in on the Friday between Xmas and New Years to take a look at a problem and determined one root of my molar had died and become infected. They do not do that type of root canal there, but they managed to have Prescott Endodontic Associates fit me in that afternoon! The emergent exam was covered by their insurance, and their staff bent over backwards to see that I could get the care i needed THAT DAY! Their referral even came with a 10% discount coupon.

Superior! Front desk reception always a pleasure, helpful & easy. Dr Petterson has been my choice for a long time now- he does his research & is always on the cutting edge besides being a sweet person (translation: not intimidating). He's saved a few impossible teeth for me. Dr Kinney just pulled a molar for me so I got to meet him, he's lovely as well. I prefer no anaesthesia & they do it without a big to do. They have my trust & gratitude 100%!!! And a great in house dental plan.
