Dr. David Frausto is INCREDIBLY talented. The whole staff was so kind and He and Jasmine really made me feel at home and special about my procedure. They reviewed my options with me to close or fill a gap in my teeth! The end result was perfect and it was easy and pain free. I had no idea I could even fix the gap with a fill. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! And I am thrilled with the result, I smile constantly so it has been so important to me to get it done right!

My husband had a cracked tooth, cold called them for an appointment, ended up getting in the next day for x-rays, and the tooth was extracted two days later. Meanwhile while I was just sitting around waiting for his extraction, they were able to get me in for X-rays and an exam (new patient). The staff was super sweet and friendly, the office environment was very comfy and calming and I'm definitely so happy we found them! Better yet, the office is maybe three miles from home! Absolutely my favorite of all the dental offices I've been through in my 50+ years. Thank you!

The dentists themselves are great, however I quit using them because of "someone" in the office not running my insurance. To clarify; I had insurance, but was without any for just over a year, I paused all dental care during this period. When I got different insurance, I made an appointment and gave my insurance info to them over the phone. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I had no insurance on file and again gave them the info, and my visit was free because of a previous arrangement. On my second visit, I was again told I had no insurance on file, and for the third time gave them the info. On this second visit my bill was around $200 which I didn't question because that's a fairly typical amount to pay as a copay. About a week later when filing the receipt I noticed that they had changed me full price and no insurance had been used. I called to inform them of the error and was again told I had no insurance on file. So, understandably frustrated by this point, I again gave them my insurance info and they did not fix the error. About a month later I had another procedure scheduled and before my appointment I specifically asked the receptionist if they had my insurance and was told it was all taken care of. At the end of the this visit my bill was around $75 and paid it but noticed that once again they had not gone through the insurance! I asked the girl to fix it and she said it would take a few days. I didn't hear anything from them for around a month when a different person called me to schedule my next appointment, which I politely declined. When asked why, I told her the whole story and she rudely told me that my file says I'm uninsured! Quite appalled, I explained again how I had given them my insurance card multiple times and they obviously aren't communicating with each other very well or I wouldn't be having this problem. This lady was so rude about the whole thing and never offered to fix this problem or to make it right. I will take my mouth elsewhere for my dental care after that.

Congratulations to Dr. Ligon for taking the exciting new practice of Granite View Dental (formerly Brashaw in Chino Valley), though everything is very much the same experience which has always been awesome.

The whole staff is very caring and personable which makes it seem like going to family for dental care.

This was my first visit there. I was treated kindly, and welcomed by the front office staff. The technicians were very friendly and explained everything that they were doing. The office was clean and smelled nice. I am glad to be a patient of the Chino Valley office.

People are very friendly, dentist was very good at what she does. They even came in early just to take care of me before they opened.

Chino Valley dental did a wonderful job. The team and dentist made the forms for my new teeth .I am so thankful they were here God. Bless you all.

Chino Valley Bradshaw Family Dental is an amazing group of people that all work hard to make sure your visit is pain free and comfortable. The girls at the front desk work hard to solve any problem you have. Dr. Ligon is amazing. She goes above and beyond to insure the work is done right. I appreciate her so much.
