JUST AS REAL
Poor patient relations and communication. Denture lab sent dentures to wrong person and dentist tried to make them fit. I was required to completely redo the fitting process, which takes weeks and multiple appointments. Office staff, specifically Shelly refuses to provide medical records as requested.
