I spoke with Donna to schedule an appointment and it was more painful then getting teeth pulled. She kept hanging up and having to call me back. Then she said that I hadn’t shown up for past appointments and so she wasn’t sure if I could be schedule ASAP. I have not lived in the area for 8 years. Very frustrating. The other staff members have been great, but the process of getting in forced me to go elsewhere.

I had a rather urgent issue and they were able to see me promptly and helped resolve the issue. Also took appropriate xrays to confirm the issue correctly. (turned out not to be an abscess!!)

Dr Palmer definitely knows what he’s doing. Very efficient and effective dentistry. Unfortunately only issue was without insurance it cost $275 to re-glue a cap, which I had done in Tucson, same tooth and no insurance, for $75 with an Xray.

My tooth broke over the weekend. I was able to get an appointment on Monday and Dr Palmer fixed the problem on the spot. We discussed options for permanent solutions. If I procrastinate (again), it won't be his fault.
