This Place is Amazing! I have had bad dentists before, and this one is far from bad. This is the best dentist office I have ever been to! Staff is amazing, feels like home in there, it's peacefull, and everyone is very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend using this office as your main dentist! Dr Janisse is to nice to be human obviously a mr America contestant if there was one! Christina has to be the coolest receptionist I have ever talked to! Andrea always greets me with a smile and helps with all dental work as needed! Finally the hygienist of the office Vickie is so gentle and has the most well executed cleanings and procedures I have ever witnessed at a dentists office. Thankyou for a great dentist experience guys you are now my main office!

Zero wait, very friendly staff, felt very comfortable in the office. Dr. Janisse and the dental hygienist explained everything to me as they were doing it and it felt easy to understand and they were patient with me when I asked questions. I felt comfortable explaining my concerns to Dr. Janisse and he addressed them immediately, same day, and fixed the cause of a problem I've had for years in less than five minutes (misdiagnosed by another dentist). Undoubtedly the best dentist experience I've ever had.

I have been Dr. Janisse's patient for several years. Dr. Janisse is great, professional, and the most well-round dentist I have ever met. His staff is really nice, friendly, and approachable. Not only do I enjoy visiting here every time, but my kids like too.

Three dentists told me that what Dr. Janisse accomplished was impossible. He saved my two front teeth. They feel great and look great. I am so thankful. I also had a molar in the very back of my mouth that other dentists would have simply pulled. The cavity was in an extremely difficult place to reach. Dr. Janisse took the time, and he had the skill, to save this tooth.

Dr. Janisse and his staff are very kind and professional. They worked hard to make appointments that accommodate my difficult schedule. His fee was exceptionally reasonable.

I enjoyed the visits that I had at this office. I no longer live there but would go back if I did. The office manager was always prompt when returning calls, knew how to work with my insurance (even though it was out-of-state) and made room for me to come in last minute one day when I was having an issue. The technician I had was the same all 3 visits (over a year and a half) and remembered me every time. Dentist is friendly and takes time to visit instead of just rushing through.

Great customer service and amazing dentistry work!

I’m a newer patient, one that like most people isn’t too keen on seeing the dentist. But from the very beginning all of the staff has been super nice, understanding and are very patient with me taking their time to walk me thru and explain every detail to me and what my options are without being forced into anything or the feeling of being rushed. Hard to find these days. As much as I’m not one for jumping for joy at dentist appointments I can safely say I have found my dentist! Thank You Flagstaff Family Dental!

I wish someone warned me, that this dentist is very dishonest. I chose this place due to good reviews.. I was charged $800 for two fillings. I went there and got quoted much lower price when I asked, that I agree to, but when it got to the payment, I was told that actually its much more. They did this twice to me, I should not even go back there for the second time. Additionally, I was charged for a visit + for a dental work. I think its obvious that I am going to come there since I made appointment for dental work, so this is not fair to charge me for seeing a dentist in addition if I am getting my filling there. Completely ridiculous policy and they do this every time as well. Also, they told me that I am old and that I look my age.... Finally, the woman who does the x-rays cannot get it right and tried multiple times on me before she got a proper photo. And they had the guts to still charge me for that x-ray photo $25 after inconveniences and harmful effect on my health due to too many tries. I do not recommend this place.

Great, friendly folks. They take credit and are so nice about explaining pricing. Quick procedures. I just got my wisdom teeth out (2) in one hour total. Good music playlist, free coffee, and a nice dog. What more do you want?
