Finally a dentist I actually enjoying going to! Dr. Janisse and his staff take a genuine interest in you as a person. They explained my situation in simple terms and walked me through all the options to consider. Never at any point did they talk down to me or chastise me for poor maintenance. In the end, the work was done quickly, painlessly (love that laser thingy!) and stingy insurance actually covered much of it!

I know that Dr. Jannise took over the practice about a year ago, so I'm guessing things improved dramatically since he started there. Great location, great with kids, fair prices, and quick results. What's not to love?

Dr. Janisse and his staff are friendly, underatanding, and helpful. Dr. Janisse works quickly and efficiently. I work unusual hours, so it's extremely convenient that they send a "reminder" text a few days prior to my appointment, and I just reply to confirm the appointment.

Been coming here for years. With new dentist Dr Janisse, the service and atmosphere seems more positive and professional. Treatments, including cleaning are always on time and carefully performed. I feel very confident that's am getting the best dental care available.

I had gotten a wisdom tooth pulled on a Tuesday and my face started to swell the size of a golf ball it was extremely painful worst pain I've ever felt. Just my luck it happened on a Saturday. I was hopeless calling all emergency contacts for dentists and no one could help me. I ended up getting ahold of Robert Janisse and he was extravagant. Most helpful kind and sympathetic person I had talked to for needing help. He was with his children enjoying his day off (mothers day weekend) and dropped everything he was doing to have me come in. Smile on his face and wonderful attitude. He gave me everything I needed for pain and did everything he possibly could for me. Keep in mind this isn't my primary dentist but it most defiantly will be from here on out. And too top it off he even called me the next day (sunday mother's day) to make sure I was feeling better. I highly suggest him if you ever have pain or questions or any dental needed. He is awsome!!!

What I loved the most is there was no shaming which was the experience I had with the not-so-kind beside manner of my last dentist. Vicky, Dr. Janisse's dental hygienist, really cared about my health and getting me on the road to healthy teeth and we discussed strategies to ensure I'd be as comfortable as possible! She invested time and thoughtfulness and didn't cut any corners when it came to providing the investment needed to get me back on the road to health. They also reached out to my insurance company to check on some potential billing challenges before I arrived for my appointment so I had the information I needed to make treatment decisions. Bottom line, I would highly recommend Dr. Janisse and his amazing staff to anyone looking for a new dentist in Flagstaff, if you have just moved to town or likely if you have an emergency situation.

I am so glad I came back to Flagstaff Laser Dentistry, which was Flagstaff Family Dental. The Doctor and his staff were so genuine, they made me feel so at ease. The atmosphere was so comfy and welcoming.
