Best Dentist! Only one able to get me numb for a filling. Dr. Collins is very friendly and fun to talk too. Her Hygienists are amazing as well. Plus she has very affordable prices and offers free second opinions.

They dont care unless you have money or insurance I've been told to wait and hold on 2 cavitys and now there worst sitting here crying trying to call them and been promise to be called back buts it's been 2 weeks and its getting worse. If you have money then this place is great but if not goodluck too you.

Dr. Collins has been my dentist for several years. Her practice’s communication is very clear and timely for remembering appointments. The entire staff is always so kind, helpful, and welcoming, and my cleanings are always a pleasant experience with the latest tools/protocols for keeping my teeth in tip-top shape. Dr. Collins is extraordinarily knowledgeable and friendly, making my 6-month check-ups a great part of my day when I have them (and yes, I’m talking about looking forward to going to the dentist😊)!! If you’re looking for a dentist in Flagstaff, I couldn’t recommend one more highly than Dr. Collins!

Dr Collins is amazing. Despite being busy with patients trying to make up for lost time due to COVID, She took the time to talk personally with me on the phone, and got me in literally within minutes of our phone call after hearing I was having pretty bad tooth pain. She knew right away it was a wisdom tooth issue and had a referral and antibiotic scrip prepared for me right away. Always friendly and positive, I highly recommend Dr Collins.

Five years ago I began to see Dr. Shanahan as my dentist. I needed a crown put in and he did a terrible job. He did some minor surgery in my mouth in relation to the crown. After the surgery he put sutures in my gums. I went in later to have the sutures remove and Dr. Shanahan struggled for the best part of an hour, making me feel very nervous that something was wrong. He finally claimed to have gotten all the sutures out. For the next week I felt that something was wrong in the area where the sutures had been; if felt like something was stuck up in my gums. I went in and told Dr. Shanahan this. After an exam, he told me my crown simply needed filing in one spot. He did that and I left, however it didn't seem to fix the problem. A few days later on a Saturday I was flossing in that area and a chunk of my gums fell out of my mouth with several sutures attached. I was furious. Not only had he not removed all the sutures, but part of my gums had basically rotted out of my mouth after damage caused by his sugery. I left a very upset message on Dr. Shanahan's office voicemail and asked him to call me to discuss the matter as soon as possible. Neither Dr. Shanahan nor anyone from his office returned my call. I did not go back to him again. Now, the crown that he put in at that time has cracked in half, so I recently contacted his office to see what they would do for a warranty. I was told I was out of luck--he only offers a warranty on his work for five years, and my crown was put in five and a half years ago. My own experience with Dr. Shanahan was terrible, and I would warm anyone to stay away. I also have a friend who sees him and my friend payed cash for some work done, yet they continue to recieve bills in the mail over and over again. Don't waste your time, health or money on Dr. Shanahan's dental services.

Dr. Shanahan is a knowledgeable dental innovator. He does research to arrive a root cause of dental issues. I suffer from TMJ he has helped me with ideas to end pain and prevent pain. He and his staff are so very patient!
