Everyone at the office was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lerud's work and experience is easily shown. With his help, I am able to get closer the smile that I have always wanted. Thank you Peak Family Dental Team!

At the Flagstaff office, I was greeted by the downstairs staff with smiles and congenial conversation. However, I was completely ignored by the two young people upstairs. Absolutely no recognition of existence while I stood in front of the young lady's desk during and after her phone call. And so, four stars. On the positive side, my experiences with Hannah deserves 10 stars. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely gentle. My anxiety level of dentist visits have become minimal since finding Dr. Shanahan, Dr. LaRue, and Hannah. Thank you!

I've been going to Peak Family Dental for over 20 years. Marilyn is my favorite hygienist (she does the best job cleaning my teeth) and I trust all of the doctors with helping me make the best decisions about my teeth.

I had a chipped tooth that was cosmetically "ugly". With my schedule it was difficult to get in to see my usual dentist. I finally got in to see Dr. Shanahan. He fixed it perfectly and I no longer have a "hillbilly" smile!!
His expert reputation is well deserved!

Our dentist's practice was bought out by Peak Family Dental, so we changed our insurance to follow her there-- that was out first mistake. My work offered me Delta Dental, but not Delta Dental Preferred, so we were essentially out of network and had to pay follow-up bills after every service we received. We also experienced two instances of leaving messages and never being called back as well as a filling that was not finished properly that I will end up getting replaced less than 3 months later. We gave them a try and it was an expensive hassle.

Peak Family Dental Care is a well run dental office with great people. Everyone is very knowledgeable and caring! We have had nothing but good experiences!

The latest equipment and the latest skills. Dr. Shanahan can do it all. No need to go anyplace else. I had many problems which were solved with kindness and skill. The office staff is amazing. It is not an act. They care. There is more kindness than I ever thought to find in a dental office.

If you work hard to support yourself you cannot afford to trust this office. Polite/no physical pain so must give stars, sadly they are ignorant and careless about billing and paperwork. I called as a new patient was told they accept my insurance, gave all my info before scheduling, filled out all my insurance info again at appt. Was just charged $379.50 for the cleaning that my expensive insurance fully covers(no fillings no fluoride, just cleaing). I told the front desk assistant I can't come to any more appts due to this and he said okay but I called back later to check and my next cleaning had not been canceled. I had already signed paperwork agreeing to pay a $100 cancelation fee, they would have billed me again if i had not checked up on them. Keep looking if you are a new patient who doesnt have money to burn. 😞
