Dr. Brown and his staff are by far the best I’ve experienced in Dentistry.They have initiated to perfection the appointment set-up, appointment reminder, check in before walking into office and post procedure follow-up. Dr. Martin’s skills and professionalism along with his staff make this experience a must go….thought I would never say that about a Dentist!

For background info - I am profoundly Deaf in both ears. When I was younger, I forced myself to try and read lips and get by for dental appointments but this always required Dr. Brown and staff to pull down their masks. With COVID, this became impossible and I did not want them pulling their masks down while less than a foot away from my open mouth.....therefore I started requesting sign language interpreters. I had to argue the first few appointments about what is responsibility of provider and patient (which is not unusual, unfortunately) but my last appointment ended with Dr. Brown saying that an interpreter is "too expensive" for him (even though ADA provides for tax deductions of these expenses).
Even when I called to inform them that I switched to someone else for this reason, their only response was "Alright, removing you from our system then. Bye!" Very disappointed and I hope that the interpreters were more expensive than losing multiple patients (myself and family).

I have always had dental issues and have always tried to maintain my teeth over the
years. My dental bills became similar to a monthly utility bill. I always had a dental bill.
Everything I did over the years just prolonged the ultimate outcome ---- false teeth.
Still thinking young at 69 years old --- I just could not come to
terms with the typical false teeth scenario. Then --- Wow --- new dental break
through ---- ALL-ON-FOURS. While the procedure is costly, you would be making a very positive decision that will certainly help you to live a more healthy life.
Do your research and be careful who you select to do this procedure.
It IS A BIG DEAL. You will NOT be going out for a steak dinner in 24 hours-- but you will
have 'teeth in a day' --- temporarily. It is very important you have a great and caring team in place. You 'll need this plus the expertise and encouragement of your dental team to get you through this process.
I do not believe from the testimonials I've read and other people I've talked with have had a positive experience with these nationwide / conglomerate facilities that exclusively do this ALL-ON-FOUR procedure. As practice I did obtain a 2nd and 3rd opinion due to the expense involved and for my health and wellbeing. These facilities seemed more like a 'drive thru' dental practice. Pay the money, get your teeth, drive and go. You will need to follow up with this process and I didn't feel I would get this from the 'drive thrus' and felt they wouldn't bethere for me if needed. And you WILL need this caring and follow up.
I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for many years. I selected Dr. Brown for this
ALL-ON-FOUR procedure. Dr. Brown cares, is up front, honest, and always prioritizes your best interest. His team, surgeon Dr. Leslie R. FIsh, and tech Scott L. from Wiand Dental are all top professionals, perfectionists ---- and caring.
If you need this ALL-ON-FOUR procedure I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his elite team of professionals. If you have to go this route you might as well get the best!

As an aside, my niece and her husband are so impressed with my beautiful smile. They think I look 10 years younger!

Great and personable dentist/staff. I live in Phoenix and travel to Gilbert just because this office is fantastic. I got a filling today and the technology used was amazing. It was a laser and it was painless! No numbing shots, no drilling equipment, none of that. I got my cleaning, xrays, and filling done within one hour.

Dr. Brown and his assistant Kelly really are the best! I went in to get a few small cavities filled and He used the laser so I did not even need to get numb. I seriously did not feel a thing! It was so quick and painless, took less than 30mins. Would definitely recommend this office 100%! The staff is all so nice and helpfull!

Everyone was very patient, made me feel calm and I do not like going to the Dentist. The Dentist was very patient, they got me in early, no one rushed at me. The office was clean, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with prices and schedules. They did an excellent job on my teeth and I will be going back to finish everything I need to get done. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
Just finished all the work I needed. Everyone was so understanding about the length of time I had, they squeezed me in wherever they could. Dr. Brown was so patient, once again, even though I was the one moving, he made sure everything was done and done correctly and to my satisfaction. After relocating to the area my husband and I went to a local dentist for our 6 month checkup. Much to our surprise, that dentist found several "cavities" they wanted to fill right away. This was unusual because we both have very good teeth. We decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Brown, who told us that monitoring the "risk spots" at 6 month checkups was a much better idea than drilling before a cavity actually appears. We trust him and don't feel like we're getting ripped off. Also, with one filling I did need to have, he got me in and out in 30 minutes during my lunch break. Wow!
