Dr. Woods has been my wife and I's Dentist for years. He and his Staff have been the Greatest. He has done a few Root Canals for my wife and I and we had no problems at all. He has called us latter in the on the day of the root canal to see how we were doing. We have recommended other people to him because he cares about his patients. I am so glad I found them. I don't have to worry any more about being overcharged for procedures or pressured into gum cleanings that drain my insurance down to nothing before any substantial work. Dr. Ewell performed my initial exam and was quick to prioritize the biggest problems and take care of what needed done the most before tackling other areas.
Dr. Wood performed a painless root canal and you can tell he takes pride in his work and strives to make the patient as comfortable as possible. He had to stop early and finish another day but made sure he finished the job enough that there would be as little pain as possible for me the next day. You can tell they both care about their patients and their oral health and if you're looking for a dentist in the area I highly recommend them.

I have trusted my daughters to the care of Dr. Wood their entire lives. They are now 15 and 18 years old. I cannot find words good enough to describe our experiences with him. His staff, particularly his dental hygienist Mindy, was able to comfort my younger daughter from a very early age with serious dental anxiety to not only sit through regular dental examinations, but also recently through a few fillings. She’s a “Special Needs” child, and the gentle encouragement of Dr. Wood’s staff instilled in her the confidence to sit through the surgery with minimal anesthesia. She stayed awake the whole time in spite of the intimidating sounds of dental surgery. I will be seeing Dr. Wood forever.

What's to say? Nobody likes to go to the dentist......right? Well I for sure feel that way..........that is until today. I spent 2 hours with Dr Wood and his fantastic staff and learned more in that time than the last 25 years with my previous dentist. I learned what I could have done and maybe save a tooth or two! Not like any other dentist, that's for sure. Highly recommend this office for any and all work. 5 Star!!!!

I worked in the dental field for 25 years and this is the dentist that was recommended to me by the dentist I worked for and it is who he and his family sees after they retired!!! Dr. John Wood has been so good to me. When I first meet him. I didn't have much money and he gave me an electric toothbrush!!! He didn't have to do that , but he wanted me to have healthy teeth and gums. His team really brought my teeth together!!! Thank you John and your team!!!
