If you have anxiety or get stressed by dental work I would not recommend coming here due to the passive aggressive receptionist that will leave you wishing you never came to begin with.
Great dentist and dental assistants here! Unfortunately the office staff/front desk lady are so unbearably rude that I will not return until they retire or no longer work there.

The dentists and hygienist are super kind, but not worth dealing with nasty receptionist.

My hygienist is LindaLea and she is all the good words: a Godly woman who is caring, gentle, thorough. She knows her trade and is fabulous. Dr Ewell is phenomenal! Gentle. NO PAIN. Im not afraid of dental work, but I had to have a couple numbing shots and didn't feel them. Shout out to the dental assistants and front office too. Professional office. Highly highly recommend! 😁 (this is me now. Look at those chopper's)

Unfortunately, I had an emergency visit for my son with Dr. Crane.

Sarah, Jannett, and Kris were incredibly supportive, and quickly were able to fit us into the schedule.

Dr. Crane is a fantastic dentist!! Takes his time examine and deliver effective results.

I can’t recommend Dr. Crane and his awesome staff enough!! If your in need of dental work, please visit Dr. Crane, you won’t be disappointed.

When I lived in Phoenix, I was coming here routinely and absolutely enjoyed the staff, facility and technology at the clinic. I have since moved up to the Sedona area and decided to get a closer dentist.

I’ve bounced around to 2 different dentist in Sedona and just haven’t felt comfortable with either of them. When I broke a tooth at work I called my dentist immediately to see when I could get in. The soonest they could get me in would have been a full week later. I called around to multiple other dentist in the area and the soonest I could get in for an emergency would have been 4 days after the tooth broke.

I called up this office around 1pm to see if they had any openings. They told me they had a 2:30 in which it was an 1:40 drive for me. Jeannette told me she would reach out to the 3 o’clock patient to see if they could move up so I could be on time.

I got to the office at 245, immediately got called back to fill out my paperwork and then back for X-rays. Sarah took my X-rays and got me prepped for Dr Crane. Turns out a filling had broken off and not the actual tooth. Dr Crane got me numbed up and had to see another patient prior to fixing the tooth. I was more than happy to wait as the whole team had already done so much to get me fit in prior to the weekend.

Dr Crane and Sarah worked great together with each of them predicting each others next step. The whole process was done in about an hour from when I arrived.

This office is very clean, has great staff and uses new technology. My wife and I will most likely be switching back down here for routine visits.

I have been amazingly pleased with the staff & Dr. Crane. They are kind, patient, & caring. You are asked all the time how you are doing, because they really care & are looking out for you. This is definitely one of the best dental office & I am blessed to have found them!

The 6 month exam and cleaning (Sarah, Linda Lee, Dr. Crane) went perfectly...no cavities either! Each person treated me with a gentle touch and great "chairside" manner starting at the front desk. Thanks to all staff for the wonderful care.

I had a dentist appointment with the office of Dr. John Wood DDS again, and once again it was as flawless and perfect as could be. Kris and the front office staff are professional and knowledgeable, getting me checked in quickly and easily. Lindalea took care of my cleaning and preliminary exam smoothly and comfortably. She is a perfectionist and her work is second to none. The doctor's exam was quick and easy, thanks to no (knock on wood) cavities or other issues. Thank you again!!!

Dr. Ewell called me the day of my appointment to put me at ease.

Ashley did my teeth cleaning and she was amazing!

Dr. Ewell then saw me to check me over and she was gentle and calming. I haven't had my fillings changed since I was a kid so I was expecting her to say they all needed to come out. This office is so honest. They said my fillings were good to go and I didn't need to replace what was already working.

I ended up needing a root canal because I made a huge mistake and didn't seek a dentist when a filling came out months ago. But thankfully everything else was good!

I was then seen by Dr. Crane for my root canal and I have to admit I was terrified because of all the stories I had heard throughout my life about this procedure.

Dr. Crane is incredible too! He made sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. I did NOT feel one bit of pain during the whole appointment!

No matter which dentist you see (my friend sees Dr. Wood and loves him too) you are in great hands!

My husband went the very next week because of my great experience. He had his teeth cleaning done by Diane and she was delightful.

The office staff is wonderful too! I am beyond blown away by their level of professionalism, customer service, and care.

Oh and I almost forgot to mention Dr. Crane called me in the evening to check up on me and make sure I was ok. What?? Doctors don't do that anymore..so I thought! I am referring everyone to this office. I am beyond happy to have found this group of incredible dental pros!

I can't believe I'm now one of those people that doesn't fear going to the dentist!

She recently saw Dr. Wood and his team for some dental treatment and this is what she has to say.I highly recommend Dr. Wood and his friendly well trained staff. After presenting with several difficult dental issues I found Dr. Wood to be a patient and kind man who loves a challenge. He offered affordable and creative solutions to my problems.
