Hello, I want to start out by saying that out of all the dentist office I've been through throughout the years this by far was one of the best experiences I've had. Right from the time that I entered the facility the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Lisa was very polite and very professional explained the facility and gave me a tour also which I was very impressed with. The doctor was very knowledgeable very patient understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Lisa was doing a great job doing a step-by-step procedure as a doctor was examining me I was also very impressed with this process. I am new to the Kingman area this is a pleasant experience to have had I do not know many people in the area but as I start to gather new friends I will definitely recommend your facility in the future. I work in a hospital like setting and my spouse called to reschedule one appointment due to being called in to work and he called an hour before and I missed one appointment due to being ill and when I called back to reschedule they told me I missed two appointments when I only actually missed one and then refused to see me at all, so I took my business elsewhere, I would have been a new patient.
In regards to the reply received, that is nice you have a policy you don’t explain to new customers and then expect them to know and treat people like family, well family communicates standards and when they talk to one another they don’t talk down to them. Either way, people have their views and differences in opinion and we have a lot of dental associations out there thus I have found one where they explain their policies from the beginning and are straightforward from the get go.

Since this was my first experience in this office for dental work I was very impressed with the work overall I'm a big baby when it comes to injections it was a very smooth transaction I couldn't even feel it thank u And Dr luke who filled my cavity had. Abundance of professionalism and compassion as if he was in the chair and not me that made me feel comfortable and I trust his workmanship thank u so much and the staff are very friendly and make u feel at 🏡 home I have been there 3 rimes now and doctor Luke is very much a pro and I also had my teeth cleaned this time and she was so gentle thank u and the front desk staff are very helpful thank u every one I am blessed I always feel like family here

Have seen Dr. Jesse a few times. He is always very pleasant and professional. Saw Dr. Luke for the first time yesterday and he was very pleasant and professional also. Due to some bad experiences as a child, I have always feared going to the dentist, but the Dr.s and staff at Mangelsdorf Family Dentistry have always made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Mangelsdorf dentistry due to an emergency. Called and got right in the next day! Monica was one of the assistants, who was such a sweet and kind Lady. Very caring, which helped me not feel so embarrassed. Luke Mangelsdorf one of the dentist, was very kind. Never do like the shots!! Had to numb me. Everyone was very kind and I would recommend them to anyone! Remember, its not the dentist that hurts, it's the pain your having from your tooth or teeth. Being a senior, I was treated with respect, and dignity. Which really means a lot to me. Thank you so much for helping me and getting me out of such horrible pain!!
