I was so pleased with the service from the assistant and the dentist. Please forgive me I am not great with names, but it’s only one female doctor that I’ve seen and one female assistant. The service was wonderful, the experience and customer service was what you should get from any place of business. I would recommend to anyone who needs any work done. She is going to explain and the assistant, I saw my teeth in 3D It’s was quite an experience to see that.. again super cool people, Go see them for your Dental needs.

I do not recommend this dentist AT ALL. Please bare in mind when it comes to your teeth, cheap work is NOT better. I’m now left with a widening huge gap between a chipped discolored tooth that now has major sensitivity…all after going in for a simple bonding correction.
This office is old and outdated with extremely primitive equipment. The dentist is not careful with little to no attention to detail. Seemed to poorly comprehend any direction given to her. Her hands are incredibly unsteady and I literally had to hold a mirror up and direct her on the defects but to no avail. It wasn’t even a month later that this tooth began to chip.
I’m mostly upset because I’ve lost my original tooth and now anything after this will be just an improvement on what she has ruined. They refunded my money but never mind the additional bills that will come with correcting her mistakes.
I asked to partially bill them and they didn’t bother to return a call. I had to call back just to confirm that they’re receiving my messages with the complaint images on my tooth. To which the receptionists responds, “that doesn’t look like the tooth we worked on.” as if I’d honestly spend my entire day calling a dentists office to make up lies. It’s complete disregard for their patients and their health whether it be mental or physical. Incredibly unprofessional and very indicative of the service you will receive.
I would sue them and I should for the neglect and uninformed consent. I will be reporting a complaint on them to the Arizona dental board. I wish I never discovered or entered this office. I’m completely devastated about my tooth and hope anyone reading this takes heed to mine and others complaints, like I should have.

American dental Center, is the most comforting dentist i have been to. The staff is wonderful and understanding. I have been going to Dr. Moorhead since i was about 7 years old, i am now 21. I just went in recently for my 6 month cleaning The dental assistant was very nice and caring. She treated me with such a pleasure. She knows what she's doing, and I felt very comfortable with her. Dr. Moorhead does exceptional work. When there is treatment to be done the girl in the front desk, does a great job at breaking down each procedure to where i can understand what will be going on. And not only are they open on weekdays but they are open on Saturdays! Which i think is great for families who can't make it on weekdays because of school. Overall this dentist office is very cozy and warm with a very friendly and caring staff. And a wonderful Doctor! I would not go anywhere else!!!
