Update: Review started at 5 stars and is as follows: The best dental experience I've ever had by far! Dr. Moeller for sure made me believe they are named "gentle dental" for a reason. Not only was he gentle, but friendly, professional, and has been GREAT with my 9 year old son (who has had some anxiety with dentists prior to us finding gentle dental). Also, I got 3 fillings & a cap fixed with no pain at all & they have very fair prices. Not to mention the entire office staff is very friendly & polite. They even sent us this note saying how much they appreciate our business! Hands down the best experience ever!

NOW: The Dentist mentioned is no longer with the practice and the other two dentists have missed or made mistakes that have cost me a great deal of money and pain. It is clear they both mean well but one is just out of school and has missed a couple things that I've confirmed shouldn't be missed in addition to messing up a root canal and suggesting another root canal on a tooth that ive since confirmed does not need it! That is serious! Again, he is very nice & I can see he means well but it was clear to me even at the time of service that he was unsure of his own work & now it is clear why. I'm having to get the same tooth redone at an endodontist and pay an additional almost $500 out of pocket! Please avoid this place for anything but a basic cleaning.

Great family dentistry! We love our favorite DA, Kelleigh. She is nice, friendly, and knows how to work well with autistic kids! She makes us all feel at ease! Highly recommended!

Dr. Miller was very effecient to get my daughter and myself out within an hour. I had a filling needed done. My prior dentist I would feel it every time. Felt nothing this time. Not sure if it is based on the amount of novacaine or not.

This is my second time here in the past two years and again 5 STAR quality. My first visit Dr had the day off, a little nervous Dr. Van Dusen with the up most professionalism handle this visitation with care. I would recommend this location for that matter can't forget about what great customer service K.H.

My dentist is Dr. Olsen and he is communicative, respectful, informative, understanding, compassionate towards the clients comfort during the procedures, and he is accurate with his work. I believe he deserves to be at a highly recommend and more efficient facility with smart individuals and professionals such as himself.

The staff here specifically Mayra and Dr. Miller are inconsiderate of clients opinions and their well being. I'll start with Mayra, apart from dressing in an unprofessional manner she lacks on how to handle tough situations with clients and she has an even lower understanding that clients pay to get treated with dignity and respect, the same goes for Dr. Miller on this one. She walked away from me while I was still talking - very unprofessional. A temporary crown broke two different times the same day and I was upset, in pain, and feeling distress. I called once left a voice mail and after not hearing back I called again and spoke with Mayra, she said to come on in. I believe Mayra does not understand where the clients anxiety comes from when things like this happen, maybe a form of training or talking to would help her improve her customer service and increase her communication skills with the client. Dr. Miller on the other hand treated me like a piece of nothing, I was already crying at this point because of the level of stress I was already induring and he made it worse. Miller made it seem like it was my fault I didn't make an appointment (maybe next time I'll anticipate a crown will crack and make an appointment before it happens, why didn't I think of this before). I explained I had some pain and whatever he was moving in my mouth hurt, he then (without numbing or giving me any pain medicine or prescribing it) he put my crown that had just arrived over the root canal. He jammed it in there as if I was this pain tolerant machine. I cried even more, I felt degrated, was in pain, and over all felt like I had zero support from any of the staff member there.

My temporary crown was applied from I'm assuming someone that is new and I understand things like this happen but the way I was treated was not suppose to happen at all. I paid thousands of dollars for work that still needs to get done and I'll NEVER recommend this place to any of my friends or loved ones. I'm the type of person that will pay top dollar to get treated with dignity by people with integrity. If you're a risk taker be my guest.

The Dr was excellent 👍..very good bed side manners. He made me feel comfortable..he really took good care of me, I feel so much better after my visit with him today. As well as his staff 👍..they were very nice and polite . Thank you guys very , much. I will be going back .

Dr. Miller is great, but I do not recommend this office. I was overcharged $235. Nicole refused to look at the simple algebra and admit they screwed up. She sent me paperwork clearly stating they did something wrong, yet nothing. I sent an email asking for someone else to look into it. Susan, more helpful than Nicole but still lacking, responded saying insurance overpaid (I call bull) and that they would send a refund check. Nothing. I sent an email asking where it was and after Susan responded she would look, nothing again. An out of the blue closed office and an unanswered voicemail, I sent a frustrated email demanding a response and the refund. Susan thought it had been resolved and offered to add the refund to my card, why this wasn't offered to begin with I don't know. 3 months of battling an incompetent staff. Don't use them. Save your time and save your money.

My Dentist Dr. Olson is the best ever , had a GREAT experience with all my treatment with him . Thank you Comfort Dental and especially thank you to Dr Olson.

It was positive experience from the moment that I walked in the door. Everyone was professional and prompt throughout my visit. I would recommend anyone to this office for their dental care.
