Absolutely the best dental office I've been to in the life of 9 teeth. Not only did they get me in same day, they got me in for a new patient exam, x-rays, and an extraction and back out again in just under an hour and a half. Clearly they are streamlined, I agree. Every one in this office work as a team so well that things just run that smoothly, and they are incredibly nice. If that isn't enough to convince you...my teeth have always given me issues. From surgical removal and multiple crowns to fillings in nearly all of my remaining teeth after 8 previous extractions. I've never had such a fast, easy, efficient, affordable and completely comfortable procedure before. I'm now committed to keeping Dr. Olsen and his staff as my dental team. Dr Olsen is the absolute best he made my journey to a beautiful smile stress free and pleasant. The staff was awesome and friendly, and treated me with great respect. Having dental implants done is a bit on the scary side but Dr. Olsen made me feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend Mesa Comfort Dental for all your needs thank you Dr. Olsen and staff for my beautiful smile.

I had to make a last minute visit when my daughters molar crown was falling out. They were able to see me quickly and easily. The facility was very clean and all workers were very very friendly. The dentist was great. They definitely made my daughter feel comfortable. I would definitely come back.

If I could go lower I would. There dentist isn't bad but unfortunately you have to get through Katey to see them and she is awful. So awful intact that I would rather pull every one of my teeth out with pliers than talk to her. She is RUDE AND ARROGANT. She talked down to me so bad and all I did was ask appointment availability. I'm glad miss perfect over there feels she's better than everyone and feels she can get attitude and talk to patients like she'd talk to her high-school friends. Learn to be professional and treat people with some respect! If it weren't for us patients you wouldn't have a job, and to be quite honest I don't think Katey has ANY business being anywhere around people! Calling corporate to file a complaint. Looks like from reading other reviews I'm not the first to be verbally abused by her.

I just have to say that this dentist office is amazing! I had a root canal and a crown. I was so terrified at first and they made me feel ok, actually better than ok. It was completely painless. My dentist was awesome! Thank you so much. I will definately recommend this office to all my friends and family.

This was my first time going to Comfort Dental let me tell you my experience was amazing. Since I walk in thru the door all the staff where very friendly, but my consultation was even better when I met Dr. Van Dusen he quickly answer all my question step by step on all my dental procedures & yes they where met as I needed it. He is a awesome Dr. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much for taking care of me & my teeth 😄

I do not even know where to begin with my review as I was left traumatized and didn’t know how bad the work I got done in 2019 was until recently.

I went to comfort dental in 2019 after I accidentally cracked two teeth. They charged ALOT of money for terrible work by Dr VanDusen. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

While doc was testing to make sure contact on the teeth was okay, Dr decided to experiment on my mouth. He looked at me, while my mouth is open and he’s working on me “I am going to try something okay” I figured, this Doctor knows what he is doing. WRONG!!! He went rogue and shaved off part of another tooth (that was not apart of my treatment plan) and messed up my whole bite.

Additionally, one of the crowns kept coming off and after the 3rd time
(in about 6 months) I deemed him incompetent and stopped calling to fix it. After all this trauma I didn’t go to a dentist for a long time and would just schedule cleanings somewhere else.

Flash forward to this year me and my spouse moved out to San Tan Valley and I knew I needed to get that missing crown area looked at. I 1000% recommended my new dentist. OMG is he the best. He literally took images of my teeth and then took the time to show me what my areas of concern were. Which was mostly going back and repairing the work done by Dr VanDusen.

I have x-ray proof of how much he messed up my teeth. Any experienced dentist would be shocked to learn Dr VanDusen gave me a 6mm crown!!! Which my new dentist had to take off to repair what was done and kept the 6mm crown as a trophy. He had to drill forever to get the sucker off.

I wish so badly I got additional imaging done after my visits here and went to a lawyer to see if I had grounds for a malpractice case. Dr VanDusen changed my whole life for the worse and causes me more pain and money on simple work he was incapable of doing.

Save yourself do not go here. I believe my case was mishandled and you’re better off going somewhere with competent dentists.

After reading all of the reviews, It seems like either this place is really understaffed or they are completely overbooking their schedule. I had a very similar disappointing experience with having to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment.To make matters worse nobody in the office even bothered to peek in the waiting room and inform us that they were running behind not even the front desk receptionist. So I walked out without being seen by anyone. I thought they would at least reach out the next day to see why an established patient would walk out but nothing from anyone at the office.

This is the worst dentist that I have ever been to. the numbing procedure wasn't working. He still worked in removing , that was the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life . Now I dont think I can ever go to a dentist to get my teeth done.
Is so unfortunate to take your business to a place that has no empathy for your pain.

Im not going to recommend this dentist to any one please go somewhere else that is more competent and knows how to keep a new patient. .l.

After asking the receptionist 40 minutes after my scheduled 9 am appointment this morning when they would see me, she said they were running behind and had no estimated wait time. This is the second occurrence I left because of a more than 40-minute wait for a scheduled appointment. I have never been seen within an appropriate window of time for a scheduled appointment (always running more than 30 minutes late). I will be looking for a new dentist. The lack of courtesy is not okay. I would have appreciated a call if they are running behind, saying to come 30 minutes later or ask if I want to reschedule when the office knows they are running behind.
