The whole office is wonderful. They take care of my children and my wife and i with Great care. Their not pushy just to the point regarding care. My dentist for life.

Even if you don't like going to the dentist, the folks at Arise make the experience enjoyable. I appreciate the great job that the team here does every time I visit. From Kristen who occasionally gets me in to an earlier appointment to Dr. Smith who listens to the patients and is very knowledgeable and especially Sanita who is so skillful and caring. I recommend Arise Dental to my friends and family constantly. Also, I love the new location in Peoria.

I have lots of fears with dentists. Waited too long with this tooth ache. Came in. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Staff was friendly and eased my fears. Dr Smith explained options and walked me through the process of my root canal. I have nothing but great things to say about staff and Dr Smith's kindness through this not expected treatment. Glad it was handled in one day! Will actually come back for routine care!

First of all I want to point out that like many people I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I have had a horrible experience before and have never truly found one that I trusted. After my first visit yesterday I can honestly say I believe I found the dentist I trust. Kristen was simply amazing at giving me as much information as possible before I even made an appointment. Athena did a fantastic job for a patient that hasn't been to a dentist in about 5 years. And then there is Dr. Smith, he was extremely kind and soft spoken and I believe that's what set him above anyone else. He definitely seemed like he wanted to what was in my best interest and not what was in the best interest of the insurance company or his own pocket. I had an extreme cleaning as well as a new crown put in in about 4 hours which was simply amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to go see the team at Arise Dental!!

Update: I continue to go to this dental office but now see Dr. Smith, as Dr. Gardner moved his practice. Dr. Smith is just as wonderful in every way, and I could not be more satisfied. The staff continue to treat me like family, and I have NEVER had an unusually long wait. In fact, the waiting time in this office is the shortest of any medical office I have ever visited at any time in my life.
Five stars doesn't seem like nearly enough. I would gladly give Arise Dental 10 stars! We all know how important it is to trust our dentist, and my family has complete trust in Dr. Gardner and his staff. Dr. Gardner is gentle, thorough, and meticulous. In my mind, he is a perfectionist, which I love. He explains everything clearly, including all options, and works with the patient to come up with the best possible plan of care. His "chair-side manner" is warm, reassuring, cheerful, and considerate. Every staff member in the office is friendly, warm, and treats patients with the utmost courtesy and respect. They also respond quickly to dental emergencies. I HIGHLY recommend Arise Dental!
