My family and I have been coming here for years for our dental needs. Dr Probst and his staff are awesome and very friendly. I don't have dental insurance so I purchase a program through them called the smile makers program. It gives you 2 cleanings per year plus X-rays and evaluations. Plus it entitles you to 15% off all treatments that you may need. The program costs $299 for the year which is about what I would probably pay if I had dental insurance. Tiffany does my families dental cleanings and she is a very sweet person and very gentle. My husband has a phobia about going to the dentist but Tiffany explained everything as she went along and was very positive and gentle with his cleaning. Yesterday I chipped my tooth and called the office and they worked me in to get it fixed that same day. If you are looking for a good dental office I would recommend Fletcher Heights Dental.

Dr. Prost and his staff are always very courteous and professional. I have got multiple procedures done here and never have any complaints on pain or discomfort It's always a good day when I go visit the dentist.
Even if I have to travel a little bit to get to him it's definitely worth it. They come highly recommended if you're looking for a dentist

Absolutely phenomenal experience, highly recommend this office. Dr. Prost and Nancy were exceptionally helpful. I had a painful broken tooth and when I called, Venessa got me in as soon as possible. I didn't have my dental insurance information handy so Nancy researched my insurance and providing me with options. Unfortunately my obscure insurance plan wouldn't work. Nancy insisted I still meet with Dr. Prost for a consultation at no cost. Dr. Prost examined my broken tooth and offered to file the sharp edges to relieve my pain. Dr. Prost did a great job in just moments. I was reluctant to accept their offer feeling I had already taken to much of their time, glad I did though. Nancy took a few moments to explain to me Dr. Prost's work in the neighborhood and community, offering special programs to those truly in need of services, very impressive. I saw the office was well staffed, clean and efficient, and everybody had a smile, a very pleasant working environment. THANK YOU DR. PROST AND STAFF, WELL DONE!!

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff.
I started as a new patient at Fletcher Heights dental care about 4 months ago. I had been driving across town to my dentist and it was time to find someone closer to home. In that 4 months I have had my wisdom teeth pulled (put that off for way too long) and a intense cleaning (probably put that off for too long as well).
Appointments started right on schedule, the staff was informative, and friendly and the dentist was personable and professional.

Dr Prost is a fabulous dentist. He is good at what he does, amusing, and takes care of his patients. And his staff is wonderful. They always explain things to me and are calm and collected. I have never felt nervous, rushed, or tense in that office as a patient. I highly recommend them and always send my family and friends there too.

I hadn't been to the dentist for many, many years owing to some bad experiences I had had as a child, but I had a cracked and infected tooth that I needed to address and I wanted somewhere close to home. From the initial phone call to the free consultation and all the way through the procedure itself my experience here was great. Better than great really. The staff are wonderful and patient and happy to explore all your options and the associated costs of everything with you so you can make the best decision. The tooth had to be extracted but the procedure was painless and comfortable and over almost before I knew it. Definitely making this office my go to for me and my growing family from here on out.

After six visits now for misc work and whitening i have found a dentist to go to for the rest of my life. The professional manner and caring manner in which the dentist and his staff treat you is second to none. I enjoy the fact they have early morning hours and after a procedure Dr.. Prost personally calls you in the evening after a procedure to check on how you are feeling. His dedication to his profession is unheard of in this day and age!! The staff is very organized and extremely hygiene conscious about everything they do.
The billing department sits down with you and goes over your cost in detail and will even work with you on getting the most coverage from your dental insurance. This place cares and that is refreshing to know every time you go in for a treatment. Dr. Prost also donates a major amount of his time to those in need for dental work and this says a lot about him and his staff! By far the best dentist in the Valley!!!!
