I have been a patient at FHDC for approx. 10 years. When I first started going here I lived a block away from the office. I have since moved and for the past 3 years have lived over 55 miles away, yet I continue to receive care from this wonderful ensemble of professionals. Every member of the staff is friendly, organized, professional and accommodating. Dr. Prost is a talented, dedicated to his craft, embraces technological advances in dentistry all the while being a relatable, down to earth person who gives back to the community through various philanthropic pursuits. My hygiene services are handled by Tiffani, I don't even know where to begin describing how wonderful she is. Tiffani is friendly and inviting, pays attention to every detail and is ever encouraging good at home care. I can't imagine putting my dental health in the hands of anyone other than FHDC.

I have read the negative posts and I could not DISAGREE more with what I have read. It has NOT been my experience at all. I've NEVER had to go back over and over again for the same problem. I have NEVER felt like I was being pressured into anything and I don't believe ANY work was done that was not needed. In my considered opinion Dr Prost and the rest of the staff are the absolute best! I've been going to Dr. Prost for over 7 years now and would not want to see anyone else. Like most I had quite a fear of dental procedures, like drilling, root canals, and extractions. I have had extensive work over the years and Dr Prost performed all that I feared with an expert hand,a soothing humorous bedside manner and essentially no pain at all. Fletcher Heights and Dr. Prost restored that all important winning smile that I had lost and i shall forever be grateful to him not only for doing it, but also for the way he and the staff did it. I would recommend Dr. Prost and staff to any of my family and friends.

After initial meeting you can feel a decent vibe from the staff and doctor. Recommended unnecessary work! Jacked up prices compared to other dentists around the valley. Go else where!

My family has received wonderful care from Dr. Prost and his office staff is friendly, kind, and goes out of their way to be helpful. Most important to me, when they say they will do something, they do it. I have been looking at the reviews here and I've noticed that, with one exception, every negative review is anonymous while all of the positive reviews carry the reviewer's full name. I would urge anyone looking at these (or any) reviews to think long and hard about accepting at face value the word of someone who will not even identify themselves and stand behind what they say. I've left negative reviews for service businesses before but, when I do, I state my name. It is incredibly weak and under-handed to hide in the shadows and take potshots at someone without having enough backbone to stand up and acknowledge your words. Such statements are of little or no probative value and, in fact, fail to even pass the laugh test.

SO overpriced. overcharged for everything. help yourself and go get a second opinion. they told me I had many cavities that I did not even have. got one cavity filled and was in pain for over 3 months.
