Horrible. Advertise emergency care but don’t be fooled they will take your money and you will walk out with nothing done. I wish you could review with no star because 1 star is to many for this place!

It is a nice clean place, felt like a business, not a wholesome dentist, they do not look at you like a person, they don't spend time getting to know you. You are a $ to them, get in get out. No family atmosphere, corporation dentistry

I had to call to contact the Dr on the weekend, Dr Valladares called me and was more than happy to see me for appointment Monday morning as I requested.(I also need say if I needed to call the answering service,please do so). The appointment was for adjustments on a denture and lower partial, adjustments were done and I am very happy with the Professional care received by Dr. Valladares in Prescott Valley.

They technicians and doctor were very friendly and professional. More importantly was that Aspen Dental did what another local dentist said couldn't be done. I'm retired military and on a fixed income. I took advantage of Aspen's "Day of Service" for military and veterans. I thought it was only going to be a quick ex w/x-rays, then a recommendation for expensive dental care to fix a bad tooth. Boy was I wrong and surprised. I had my bad tooth fixed conpletely and for free!!!! That saved me $1,300 that the other dentist was going to charge me. Aspen has a new patient for LIFE!!!! THANK YOU to the staff and doctor at the Prescott Valley Aspen Dental office!!!!!!

Setting and, in this case, resetting the appointment was easy. I require pre-medication and the staff handled it well. Hygienist was careful and thorough. My second or third experience with this office and I have been very impressed.

I have to say going to the Dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but at Aspen Dental Prescott AZ my experience was absolutely GREAT.
I brought my 88 yr old father in to get new dentures. We drove from
kingman az as prescott was the closest Aspen Dental in the area.
They jumped hoops for us to make our visit as productive as possible make this normally 3 trips into 2 trips. we are absolutely happy for all there hard work!
