Aspen Dental

Before going to Aspen Dental, I was skeptical. I thought that because it being a huge corporation, thought that they would just do basic things and say you're done.
I was completely wrong. I have a my own dentist. My dentures have been bothering me for a few weeks. When I called to make to make an appointment, they couldn't see me until May 24th. That was over a month away and I couldn't take the pain for that long.
So I called Aspen Dental, and they were able to see me the very next day. The staff was very nice. My dentist, Dentist Sung listened to all of my concerns and even gave me so much happiness of what my look is going to be. These are things that my dentist said that never could be fixed.
Dr. Sung wanted me to get the ball rolling. There's no way I can wear my bottom denture anymore. So he had me come back yesterday afternoon and get fitted for my new set of dentures, and I go back on the 29th for my fitting and in about 3-4 days, I will have my new dentures!!!
Thank you Aspen Dental!!! Thank you Dr. Sung, the sweet girl who, I'm sorry, I can't remember your name, but you were the one who took my x-rays, thank you for being so sweet ❤. Thank you Lulu for fitting my dentures and putting a rush on them. I really appreciate that. And lastly, I'd like to thank Leslie for how friendly she was.

You are the worst dental place ever. I got denchers there and they never fit right. Would tell people to never go there

Not out to help people they want money out of you, every person that walks through the door they tell them they have gum disease and they try to convince you to finance 5-7 thousand dollars. Scam artists and false advertising is what this place is all about.

I have been a patient of Aspen Dental for almost 2 years. Sadly (stupidly?) I put off care for over a year because of covid-19 and health issues. This caught up with me and made issues somewhat pressing. I tried to call and set up an appointment, but the office was so busy I couldn't get through to them. Pain was getting worse, so I gave up waiting for my return call and drove to the office to make an appointment in person. The office was quite busy, but when they found out that I was in pain, they had me wait for about 5 minutes before I found myself in a chair being xrayed. Within the hour I had seen a dentist, had a long- and short-term plan set up for my serious dental needs, visited their financial person who found ways for me to pay for it all without difficulty, and had my screaming tooth extracted. All without an appointment. This dental office takes action when someone is in pain they say, and they have proven this to be true. I have an appointment for further care and a temporary partial plate to be made for me, which I desperately need, all within 2 weeks. And this was all done while being sandwiched in as an emergency walk in. Everyone was was very kind, friendly, professional, and understanding. The dentist I saw was gentle and very skilled. I do not like even stepping into a dental office, but this one makes everything easy and as painless as possible. I feel comfortable trusting them with my dental care, and I feel like I am an individual to them, not just one of many clients. Aspen Dental is a great provider of dental care.

First visit to cement a veneer that had fallen off. I was really happy that I could get in first thing in the morning, but the biggest surprise was my doc, Dr. Sung. He was extremely gentle, compassionate, explained everything with patience, and it occurred to me within a very short time, I had found my new dentist! :)

I went in with a broken lower molar, they got me in the next day, they took x-rays and examined my tooth, explained all my options and even said I could leave with my husband to discuss them and come back, I could have saved my tooth, for a lot of money and would have had to wait for that appointment, we are moving and I just didn’t have time so decided to just have it pulled, it’s a week later and I have no regrets, I can’t say I’m out of pain, but I do have pain pills, and antibiotics to take. Overall the experience was good, and I recommend Aspen Dental! They even called to check on me to see how I was feeling!

Great service.. I did wait 1.5 hours to be seen for the first time (doc got caught up with an emergency). But after the wait I was able to get in and do what was needed and got to see doctor. I was scheduled for an extraction for the following weekend. Went in and it was quick and awesome service. great price. I really appreciated how they gave me a break down of what was needed in my situation to get my oral back up to par. There was no pressure on having to get it all done (all or nothing) all at once. I'm sure I will be back to finish up the cleaning process. The extraction came out clean and fast. no pain afterwards. Thank you!!

What an awesome place to have dental work! I was so pleased with the staff, the professional manner in which they conduct themselves was comforting. I greatly appreciated Dr. Chan, she made everything better with her very wonderful and welcoming personality. Only meeting her twice it felt like I had known her for years! Dr. Chan did an exceptional job at keeping me calm while performing the procedure quickly and painlessly! I would highly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Chan at Aspen Dental anytime! Everyone is just so nice there! Thank you for helping me get my smile back! If I had only know the experience was going to be so smooth, I wouldn't have waited so long!

The Doctors and staff here are absolutely wonderful. They are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to do it your way. When I first came to Aspen, my mouth was a mess. The entire staff from my hygienist Lisa, my amazing Dr. Nguyen my awesome, competent assistant Jessica, and others made my experience a wonderful one....THANK YOU ASPEN

Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were truly amazing. They are so kind, patient, sweet, and caring. I've had really bad experiences when it came to other dentist and so far my experience has been really great.
