Dr Herald Henderson doesnt seem competent or caring. He very much has a disregard for patients. I went in due to extreme jaw, sinus and ear pain. He centered on a tooth that had recently been worked on by another dentist. Couldn't tell me what was wrong with the tooth. Couldn't identify any issues with the tooth. However due to sensitivity to cold, suggested the tooth be pulled or a root canal.
Quite the extreme . Especially with nothing else to go on. Offered nothing for the pain or the pressure or the extreme tearful discomfort. Couldn't perform any said treatments. A completely wasted visit. Left in the same amount of extreme pain with zero direction . Well, unless I want to schedule an appointment for a root canal specialist because apparently they have better tools than be does to identify dental issues.
I won't be back. I won't recommend them. Find a more competent and caring Dr. Who values teeth and is willing to save them as opposed to pulling them cuz, it might be the issue.....the unidentified issue.
