Prescott Dental Arts continues to provide the absolute best dentistry in Prescott. I see Stacey and she is great...she even warms the water when I come in for a teeth cleaning. All of the staff are so pleasant and I don't even mind getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Herbert is thorough and pleasant and always willing to discuss any type of changes he may see during examination. The Prescott Dental Arts staff was friendly and professional, and Dr. Herbert did a great job on my teeth, as did his hygienist. I appreciated that they were both kind, gentle and informative during my procedures.

I've moved many times and have visited quite a few dentists. I can say without reservation, that Prescott Dental Arts is one of the best dental offices I've ever been too.
The dental hygienist who did the cleaning - I believe her name is Rayel - did an awesome job. I've never had a cleaning that was so gentle and thorough at the same time. And so little time in the chair. She's got skills!
The dentist, Dr. Herbert, is professional, friendly and relaxed. I didn't feel rushed or not listened to. In fact,quite the opposite.
There was a snafu with my dental insurance, but the office personnel practiced great patience and professionalism in helping that get squared away.
I recommend Prescott Dental Arts highly!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Herbert this morning! I had an old crown with a cavity removed and a new one installed in only 1 1/2 hours! Not only was it completely painless but Dr Herbert explained everything he did as he did it and allowed me to watch the new crown being designed and made right there in the office! Totally tech advanced!! Very fascinating and enjoyable! Who knew going to the Dentist could be enjoyable! Loved the Dental tech and office staff. Everyone was so friendly and the office was beautiful! Would highly recommend this Dental office and Dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr Herbert’s for several years. Dr and staff are great. A few weeks ago I had the crown on my implant come loose. It was a Sunday night and Dr Herbert met me at the office to do the repair. He was leaving early Monday for vacation. Can’t tell you how much I appreciated him coming in and making the repair. Thank you Dr Herbert!

I am new in Prescott area and I am trying to find a good family dental provider. I stopped by in the office of Dr Herbert. The ladies in this office actually looked surprised that I was showing up there without any previous arrangement. They were not nice at all and tried to avoid any contact and asked me to check their website for information (I consider this rude especially when I have already read online all the doctor’s information and I was just trying to arrange a dental appointment since I was driving in the area) I was polite and respectful by wearing my mask but that wasn’t enough for them. I was clearly not welcome. Sad to say because the main reason I choose to come to this place is because I thought they would have good Customer service because the Doctor’s Christian Values. I can sadly see this was not the case.

My transition from going to Dr. Crockett for 14 years to continuing with Dr. Herbert was very smooth. Dr. Herbert has done three crowns in the past nine months. I am very pleased with the outcome of my three crowns. Dr. Herbert is very concerned with my dental health. He always listens to the patient. I strongly recommend Dr. Herbert and his staff.

Before I went on vacation my upper denture got a small crack in it, and one of the front teeth fell out. I called a couple places that repair dentures but none were able to get it done before I went on vacation, so we brought some glue with us and every other day I had to reglue my tooth in. We got home from vacation on Wednesday and I called a few dental labs including Prescott Dental Arts. They were the only one able to see me before I had to return to work on Monday. I had an appointment the next morning and they repaired my denture by that same afternoon. It was pricey, way more than I wanted to spend (still only half of what a new denture would cost here in the states-I normally go to Mexico, but they couldn't get me in before work on Monday, either). Prescott Dental Arts' service was amazing: wonderful staff, awesome dentist, friendly team...my denture fits perfectly, the tooth looks immaculate and I would highly recommend them.

Dr Herbert and his staff are so professional, kind, and helpful. They genuinely care about their patients. I'm new to Prescott and they made my experience so pleasant. From Cathy who guided me to the office over the phone after my GPS stopped working, to Laurie who did a great job taking care of my hygiene needs to explaining x-rays and offering good suggestions for my dental health, gave me a nice gift bag of hygiene goodies, and has such a calm and friendly way about her. I'd say the same about Dr Herbert who took time to get to know me and go over my records, x-rays, and future dental needs, and his assistant was so nice, who I am not sure how to spell her name, but I'll work on that as I get to know her. :) I also love the appointment scheduling system, very efficient. Thank you all for welcoming me to Prescott.

Google message says cannot add new review since I already reviewed this place, but will let me edit. So I'm adding my recent experiences. Dr Herbert has always been great as well as his staff. One visit before this was for an extraction, he offered this choice rather than replacing the tooth unnecessarily. Another visit he filed a chip tooth rather than replacing unnecessarily. That is what I call honesty and integrity! He puts the patient first. Today I received a new crown and the entire process was done in his office due to his state of the art technology. No temporary crown until new one comes in from an outside lab 2 weeks later. The process was seamless and this is the 1st time ive had a permanent crown placed and fit perfectly the first time. With previous dentists they've had to adjust it a few times to make it fit right. I can't even tell I have a new crown, fit and color is perfect! I actually look forward to seeing Dr Herbert and his staff. Everyone is so professional, friendly, and helpful.

I give Dr. Herbert five stars! if you are the type to feel you are his only patient, you'll love this smart, gentle, Doctor. I had an implant that went so well, I have to tell the community about him. He has city smarts with a hometown feel. I was looking for a Dentist that will take care of all my dentistry needs without going to a specialist, and we have found that in Dr. Herbert. He is now our family Dentist.
