Here is my story: I am one who is deathly afraid of any type of dentist appointment, Kathi and Andreea make me feel completely at ease!! We fixed my cavity that was messed up by another dentist, we fixed my bite, got a mouth guard to finally stop grinding my teeth, and now my cleanings are more fun than stress. I started going to Dr. Mansell after my dentist I had been going to for 20 years retired. It was a big deal to go to someone new after going to the same one for so long. But, Dr. Mansell and her team are great and I'm so glad to have found another good dentist! Andreea is a great dental hygienist...very thorough, gentle, and pleasant to talk to during your visit. Dr. Mansell and her entire team are exactly what healthcare should be. They are caring, friendly, patient and highly knowledgeable. They listen to each one of your concerns and answer all of your questions before making a plan with you that works for you. Each team member is an expert in their respective area and will do whatever it takes to make sure you understand everything, from the actual dental work to the stressful financial stuff. For years going to the dentist has given me anxiety. Now, I look forward to visiting the dentist (as much as one can). While I have many great things to say about the office staff, Doctor Mansell herself is extremely rude to her staff in front of patients which ultimately reflects on the patient experience as a whole. I would not recommend Kathi Mansell to any patient or potential candidate for hire. Her staff deserves to be treated much better than this and her patients deserve better. I would encourage anyone who has experienced moments of tension between Kathi Mansell and her staff to come forward. This is extremely poor business practice.
