I have been a patient of Dr. Chan since last year and I have consistently been impressed by her expertise, kindness, and thoughtfulness!

Dr. Chan goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and provides not only excellent dental services, but a very comfortable and relaxing dental experience.

Sheila, the office manager, also does great dental work! She is the best at resolving bite issues after getting a permanent crown.

Overall, the quality of the staff, the elegant decor, and the warm welcome and care you receive is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone who desires a great dental experience!

There is not enough good things I can say about Dr.Chan and the rest of Radiant Family Dentistry. They are patient, understanding, helpful, kind, and genuinely care about their patients.

When I found Radiant Family, I had chronic dental anxiety. I couldn’t get myself to schedule an appointment for a long time. In an emergency situation I called them, expressed my fear of dental work, and when I arrived at the office the next day (they of course got me in immediately - they’re wonderful), there was a sign with my name to welcome me. Something so simple to show that I was in good hands!

Since meeting Dr.Chan and Radiant Family Staff, my anxiety surrounding going to the dentist is gone, and that takes A LOT. They have options for patients called a “comfort menu” to keep you feeling relaxed and at ease in any way you prefer. It is clear they prioritize making their patients comfortable. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!!!

Cannot say enough great things about this practice. From Shelia at the front desk who is so welcoming and efficient, to the dental hygienist and Doctor. Really great staff. They are thorough and explain everything in detail, excellent care!!!!! They came as a recommendation from a friend and I would highly recommend them as well. No wonder they have a perfect 5.0 rating!

Radiant Family Dentistry is amazing. I had my first visit and they were all so welcoming and kind. I was given a tour and introduced to team members right when I arrived. My hygienist explained every step she was taking during my cleaning and was so accommodating to my sensitive teeth. Dr Chan sat with me and educated me on the status of my teeth. When my appointment was over there was even a Welcome sign with my name on it. They went out of their way to help me and make sure I had everything I needed for my next appointment. I was there past 5 pm and they didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them or wasting their time. It was obvious they would take the time to make sure they answered all of my questions before I left, no matter what time it is. I am so happy I found this office and know I am in good hands in my next visit.

I had a great experience on my first visit. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Dr Chan was honest & trustworthy, a dentist with integrity. Liz (hygienist) was very gentle but thorough while cleaning my teeth. Will definitely be back!

I am beyond thankful with the whole staff at Radiant Family Dentistry. Sheila was super friendly and had the best attitude when I walked in. Dr. Chan & her assistant Samantha are absolutely the best. I hate going to the dentist, but I felt so comfortable with them. I am excited to continue care with this office.

We are snowbirds from Canada and my husband had a cap fall out so we needed to find an emergency dentist. They took us in right away. It was 4:30pm and they closed at 5pm. They were so helpful and accommodating. They did a temporary fix and made an appointment to do the rest of the work right away. I highly recommend them. They have experienced staff and were all so friendly and explained everything as they went along, and their pricing was excellent (snagged a new client promo too). We are so grateful to have found them.

From the moment I saw the glowing sign on the front desk which said, “Welcome Manuel.” I felt no tinge of plastic face smiles and a well-rehearsed glance in my direction. You’ll find as I did the staff in this office are genuinely amiable and thoroughly professional. Here is a touch that shows the genuine desire of Dr. Christine Chans intent to make her clients feel the essence of her Family dentistry. While waiting for the hygienist to begin, I found myself thinking I am watching traffic coming and going—now that might sound like a big deal but when was the last time you looked up while waiting and were staring at nice a cold wall. Both treatment rooms face the street which means you can loosen your clenched fingers and relax and enjoy the pleasant view. This is the experience Dr. Christine Chan wants us all to feel. In all sincerity I thank everyone at Radiant Family Dentistry for an exceptional visit.

Dr Chan and the staff at Radiant Family Dentistry are all so kind and make me feel so comfortable every time I visit. I actually look forward to my visits, which I never thought I would say about going to the dentist! I would recommend their practice to everyone and only wish I had found them sooner!
