I had been a patient for a while, and was scheduled for my first surgery EVER and was 20 weeks pregnant. I had NEVER been under sedation before, They did not call me the night before my procedure to give me instructions, My Mother had to call and ask. Even then they did not give full instructions..When I got to my appt.I got a sheet of instructions. I was freaked out because I had done a couple of things I had not been told I was not to do the night before! I had a panic attack and was afraid to go ahead with the surgery. I asked them to reschedule it for next month now that i had all the proper instructions and since it was already paid in full...I later received in the mail a patient dismissal. I have yet to get my payment back!!

Very friendly dental office. I have anxiety and panic attacks . My hygentist Wincelta was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Benson was also fantastic. I highly recommend this office.
