No option for zero stars! I was treated like trash because I am on medicaid! Waited 2 hours to be discriminated and treated like I didnt belong. And for them to tell me to come back because they had cash paying patients! I am a hard working women who has gone through a rough financial situation with a special needs child and husband struggling with ptsd from afganistan. I will NOT go back and certaily dont reccomend to anyone on achhhs or medicaid! Worst experience ever...

I don't know what the others are talking about. I got excellent customer service at Frontier. The dentist was awesome! The staff was awesome!!! Those are the nicest people I have seen in a dentist office since I was a kid, and my mom was friends with my dentist. Seriously! And...I wasn't just in there once. I had lots of work done due to a gum disease that makes my teeth loose. I went back 5 times within 6 months. Not one time was I treated badly! Not only that, but I have AHCCS/Medicare so they aren't even getting paid their regular fee...still...I was treated as a rock star!!!! Example...I don't have a car. One time when we went, it was blazing hot outside, and we had arrived an hour early...just as they were going to lunch. They were so nice! Rather than make us wait in the heat cuz their office is closed and LOCKED during lunch...they let us inside to wait in the cool of the office. THAT IS NOT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! That is compassion and customers service at its BEST!!!!
I'm about to make another appointment with them in a minute!!!

I used Dr. Sloan before at Marana Health Center years ago and had the best dental experience ever. I researched and discovered she was at Frontier. I had a tooth that needed extracting and barely felt pain at all even the needle experience was nothing. I cant say enough how great everyone is here. All the staff are friendly and professional. I highly recoment this facility to anyone.

I was here for a visit and it was on a Saturday morning that I had a dental emergency. I called the office and talked to Ines and she told me to come right over. She was extremely nice and professional. I was seen by Dr Z and the assistant Clinton. Both were great! All my options were explained and they put me at ease, especially since I was from out of town. I would definably recommend this office!

Had new dentures made and I'm completely sarisfied. It took a little longer than i expected but they do an exact process. The results are well worth the time.

i have to travel a lot as mining engineer ....
after this guys "fixed " 2 of my teeth i had to travel almost 2 month with terrible tooth pain, i cant even describe it....Could not do anything but suffer and wait until i return from international travel. Shameful doctors !
