The entire support staff here is very professional and courteous. The folks actually quickly answer the phone when you call in for help, info or appointments, and the front desk receptionists are always friendly, respectful and polite to patients. The hygienists and x-ray tech all help to create a very relaxing and reassuring environment and experience for patients. In the past, with other offices, I’ve usually been a bit stressed about my dental visits. That’s never been the case here. Dr. Kun is super friendly and carefully and honestly describes treatment options and costs. I’d recommend this office to anyone new to Tucson looking for a new dentist in Tucson, or also anyone thinking about switching to different office to get a better all around experience for their dental care.

The first appointment I made was for a general check up and cleaning. After x-rays and photos, the dentist looked at my teeth and gums and then left. Then the receptionist came in and told me I would need to come back for my cleaning. So I rescheduled. I arrived to my appointment for my cleaning and it was canceled because I did not call to confirm. Their reasoning was for an extensive waitlist. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone had gone home and there was no one from said waitlist actually filled into my appointment time. I’ve never heard of a service requiring you to call back to confirm an appointment. The appointment was confirmed when I made it.

Gave them a second chance went back and pulled my tooth in about 2 minutes. The whole trip was about an hour was able to still work. Perfection. Made up for the last trip and no more tooth pain. Couldn't be happier.

Such a great office! They were so nice and professional. It's been a long time since I've been to the dentist and they were so gentle and thorough with my cleaning!

Such a relief to work with Dr. Kun and his excellent staff (shoutout Arielle) at Grant Road Dentistry, especially after so many unpleasant experiences with other dentists. Dr. Kun has a wonderful bedside manner, and is highly skilled at his profession. Office is clean, prompt and professional, high-tech and modern. I wouldn't trust anyone else in my mouth. Had a traumatic accident that broke my front teeth and Dr. Kun made me as good as new. THANK YOU.

There is such disregard when a parent voices their concern about their child’s tooth.
Back in November my daughter was growing an adult tooth and pushing the baby tooth behind it. I thought this would just force the tooth out. A month or two after I noticed it was not falling out and wouldn’t wiggle. I took her to see Dr. Kun in hopes they would help.
Both the hygienist and Dr. Kun assured me it was so loose that it would fall out, but I mentioned it to both of them that this tooth has been there too long to just fall out. Now I have to see a surgeon to get the now embedded baby tooth out.
I feel like I was ignored with my concerns and blown off as just another parent who, “think they know about teeth.”
There was no guidance on what steps to take towards this action and no recommendations, other than “another dentist.”
This was the worst service I could have been provided. I gave a two star review instead of one because the office staff have always been kind and wonderful when scheduling appointments.

Wow!! Absolutely amazed by friendliness, professionalism and really great atmosphere at this office. We are travelling on our vacation ( Canadians in the USA) and I needed an emergency dental service ... We have walked in and were amazed by quick, efficient and professional service - with the friendliest people I have ever met at the dentist office !! Quick x-ray and prescription and we were on the way !! Wow!! Highly recommended!!!

This dental office is like no other I have been to before. The office is band new and state of the art, they have the ability to make crown in one visit. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a greated as soon as I walkes in the door by Brooke. The assistant that took me back was great, took x rays quickly and pain-free. Doctor kun explained everything and was very patient with all my questions. He even took time away from his busy schedule to come back in to my room and answer more of my questions. Best dental experience I've ever had. Definitely recommend this dental office!😊

From the time I walked through the door until I made my next appointment, I felt welcomed and cared for. I moved back to Tucson in 2018 and have been searching for a local dentist. Dr. Kun was attentive and explained my treatment options in words I could easily understand. He introduced me to his team and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I'm very pleased with this office and the service they provide. I highly recommend them.!!!
