I had to go in for an emergency with them and they were all amazing! Dr. Patel did a great job on my cavity. He even addressed a bite issue I had been putting off from another dentist that I had got my last crown from!! They got me right in. Put up with my silly fear banter and got right to work! Thank you Dentist of Vail! You guys are the best!!

I was so impressed. Going to the dentist is my biggest fear and Dr. Patel and his staff went above and beyond to ease my fears. In addition, they did a fantastic job. My previous dentist retired and I really put off going to the dentist due to my fear. I can't thank the staff enough for how they treated me. They never made me feel like I was a problem patient.

Awesome staff and very friendly. Dr Patel spends more time with his patients than I’ve experienced with previous dentists. State of the art equipment. Katrina, his hygienist was gentle, yet thorough. I highly recommend them.

My husband went to them back in July, and was able to use their emergency service and normal care. Therefore, when I had a dental emergency, I called them. They got me in asap and took great care of me...... until I had to file a grievance with the insurance because they overcharged me by over $200 and didn't want to reimburse me.

I really don't leave reviews but this was a must.
I have tried many dentists in the area and this one is by far the best.
Outstanding bedside manner, gentle and kind. I have been here twice so far and both visits have been exceptional. Not pushy, he is not going to have you get work you don't need and will take the time to explain everything.
I have moved my whole family here and would highly recommend this office to everyone. So nice to see this type of service again!!!

Dr. Patel is awesome and you can tell he really loves his job and cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain things and will answer any questions. Hygienist Hope was great as well, also takes the time to answer questions and explain things. Michael at the front desk is super nice and helpful as well.

They were just beyond fantastic! Dr. Patel was thorough, informative and very friendly! The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They were also able to fit me in at the last minute which was great! I’ll definitely be using Dr Patel as my regular dentist from now on!

Went here due to new patient special. Love the doctor and hygienist. There are only one doctor and hygienist current so they can get backed up. The staff always checked up on me while I was waiting and apologized for the wait. They were so kind I did not mind waiting. Found out that I had some dental problems and they worked with me to get good care but also took into account that I had no dental insurance and only did procedures that were necessary for the health of my teeth.

The Front desk folks were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. The Techs were excellent, caring, gentle and professional. Dr. Patel is courteous, informative and very pleasant to talk to. The office has high tech equipment and is very neat. I had a great experience from start to finish.

I just moved to AZ and needed a new dentist. I hadn’t had a teeth cleaning since a few months before the pandemic started. The cleaning was great! They were professional and did a thorough cleaning using water. I’d only ever had cleanings where my teeth were scraped with tools, and the water cleaning was far superior. They also measured the amount of gums on every tooth to see if I had gum disease. My old dentist never did that. Then I was told that my crown, which my old dentist made, was a whole MILLIMETER too small (I knew something was wrong because it felt like it was going to pop off when I flossed and food got stuck in there allll the time). I went back to get the crown replaced and although I absolutely ~hate~ dental work (I meditated for an hour before I went in so I didn’t freak out 😬), the only thing that stung were the initial injections. They numbed me using topical gel first so it just hurt when they went into my jaw muscle. It had to be done and it only hurt for a moment. I was scared the whole time but Dr. Patel and his assistant were very calm and soft spoken, fast but careful. They made me feel more relaxed. I also don’t like when dentists and staff chit chat with each other while they are working on me because I feel like I’m eavesdropping or something, but they only talked about the procedure without saying scary stuff like, “Hand me the needle” or “Hand me the drill”. Lol. They used a 3-D printer thing to create me new crown. It fits perfectly and I was able to chew crunchy stuff on it within like 3 days. The tooth wasn’t the problem, it was that my jaw was sore from the injections. Also, during my first visit, two hygienists went above and beyond to get x-rays of all my teeth since I have a tiny mouth. They got the job done and didn’t hurt me or make the roof of my mouth bleed like my old dentists office did. I’m very happy to have found this place and highly recommend. Everyone was wearing masks and so were the patients when they weren’t being worked on.
