I finally gave up on this place.
They seem to have lots of modern technology but no one seems to be able to use it properly. I have seen my X-rays placed in someone else's records. I have been asked to leave and return in several hours (this while I was medicated).
I have had three previous visits and none were satisfactory.
This front office is in complete disarray and I finally had enough today.

We love Dr. Patel and all of his staff! They are polite, on time, very caring, and knowledgable! They are very gentle and great with our 10 year old. This is the best dentist office we have been to!!

The office staff and dentist were AMAZING. They got me in right away and made me feel comfortable with everything they were doing. I had as good of an experience as I could have for there being drills in my mouth for an hour. Highly recommend!

Dr.Patel has been phenomenal on patient care. He has done nothing but help me when I walked in I felt welcomed. All the dental Tech's have been so welcoming and front office has been great scheduling all my appointments.

Everyone was very nice! I have a 3# service dog AND just got a new miniature Australian Shepherd, just 8 weeks old and they saw my room mate walking him and all went out to love em! I didn't have dental insurance and had to get a crown and it was $1,000 so there was no discount for paying today or anything that would have made my life just a little easier.

Finally I have found a Dentist that does thorough, quality work that I can trust. Dr. Patel also took time to listen and consider my concerns which is hard to find. Hours are great for my schedule, the staff is very kind and knowledgeable as well. Thank you!

If I could give zero starts I would. Do not trust this place. They are a scam. Only worried about money. My husband and I went in on the same day but an hour apart. Only wanted to do deep cleaning which was about 500-600 dollars. I said I could not afford that right now could we do a regular cleaning and the dental hygienists said no because it is washing your mouth with water. If you believe my mouth was that doing something is better than nothing. They were not willing to do anything for you unless they could charge you crazy amount of money.
Also they charged my insurance as if they did the cleaning so they will be receiving a call from them. Like I said before it’s a scam.

i needed to get a broken tooth looked at it was causing me so much pain I called dentists of vail to see if they could help me. They were supposed to close at 1pm on a Saturday but some of the staff stayed later just to help me out. I was impressed with the newer technology they used to fill out my medical history and take X-rays, and personally I loved that the staff was a bit younger than my previous dentist, they gave me information, they gave me options and best of all they offered a payment plan to ease the costs of my repairs. Needless to say after my appointment I booked to get this tooth handled I will most likely be going to them for my routine visits.

I could not get an appointment with my regular dentist for a broken filling. I had seen this office building in the Safeway parking lot and thought I would give them a call. They got me in the same day and treated me like family. That’s a good thing because I plan to become a regular patient.
