Thorough but gentle. Dr. Carmichael will always provide options in your best interests if there is an issue. They have also done a great job handling the Covid protocols.

Having just relocated here from out of state, it’s a hassle to change to all new doctors but feel like I lucked out here. Office was very clean. Equipment looked well cared for and up to date. Sat in waiting room less than ten minutes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everyone genuinely seemed eager to take care of me. They really work as a team. Look forward to my next cleaning-kidding but since it has to be done, I feel confident in their care.

I'm not sure I've ever been to a more gentle, compassionate dentist in my 70 years of life. I had a bad tooth, giving me lots of pain. I went to one dentist & he was too busy to pull it & sent me to a surgeon. The surgeon wanted $1143 to pull it. His office was going to check on my insurance & didnt even bother getting back to me. I went to the Carmical Dentistry & he agreed to pull it, even though he believed it would be time consuming & possibly a hard pull ( it was a large tooth) This guy numbed it throughly without hurting me at all. Then pulled the tooth quickly & pain free. He kept asking me if I was doing ok during the pull. Then charged about 1/2 what his estimate was because it went so smooth. Thanks to Dr Carmical & his assistant for making me feel so at ease & cared for.
