Shauna, is my hygienist- absolutely perfect individual for her choice of career. The chairside manner and her conversation is great. Will check periodically to be sure you are ok during your procedure. Will answer questions and will get you consultation from the doctor when it goes beyond what she does for you. I guess I've never taken well to a dental office and this practice has changed my mind. The customer service at a whole is very well received. Payment is easy and willing to work with you if are a bit short. I can't say enough about the scheduling. I am out of town all the time and difficult to schedule. They find a way is all I can say. Great staff... I just has a root canal done yesterday... And it went so smooth I was so afraid for nothing Dr.Le did great so awesome they was so nice his dental assistant so sweet as well thanks for Smith dentistry I'll be seeing you again..

I took my 13 year old daughter to consult with Dr. Le regarding several root canals recently. I was very impressed with the caring professionalism that each member of the team displayed toward both my daughter and myself. She has had many challenges with having to have permanent teeth removed from genetic anomalies causing severe decay, and is always extremely stressed entering the dental chair harboring great fear the dentist or endodontist will not advocate for her to save teeth with insurance! She, and I, were put at ease by Dr. Le's compassion to plead the case for saving her permanent teeth to insurance for her long term benefit! Additionally, my daughter reported that Dr. Le was AMAZING at numbing the area he was performing a root canal on, AND despite abnormal root structures, he rose to the challenge so beautifully she never had even a moment of pain from the invasive work after the local wore off! We both HIGHLY recommend Dr. Le and the entire team for your (or your child's) care!!

The staff is wonderful, friendly, caring, and very well trained. My husband and our girls have gone here for years and ALWAYS been EXTREMELY PLEASED. They also are kind to those of us who do not like shots and make it the best experience that it possibly can be when a shot must be given.
