First impressions are priceless and Family Dental definitely done an outstanding job of it. From the moment you open the door you are pleasantly greeted then well received with well prepared appointment details. No extra nonsense straight to the point but with the gratitude of being your provider of choice. My hygienist was extra extraordinary with attention to details, explanatory tour and the efforts they strive to give back to the community as well as the patient. Her skills were professional grade and her character was impressive from entry until exit. It was a wonderful experience that all customers can appreciate

Richard is the best dental hygienist I have ever had in decades of teeth cleanings and check-ups. While having such a gentle touch I could barely tell if he was scraping or just looking, I got one of the most thorough teeth cleanings in memory. Excellent service, you can tell he really cares about his patients and them having a positive experience. No need to feel nervous about visiting the dentist, this is the best!

One of the best dental clinics I’ve been too. Very clean and organize. Andrew, the dental hygienist is amazing!!! He is exceptional, very thorough, informative and you can tell he loves his job and expert at this. He is really the best, such an asset to their clinic. Kudos Andrew!

Arkansas Family Dental deserves more than five stars. Dr. Pollard and all of the staff there provide great care. I can't say enough positive things about my dental hygienist, Christina. The staff are kind and courteous and treat patients well. I don't know how to end this review, so take it from a complete stranger, Arkansas Family Dental is a great place to go for your dental care.

I've been a Patient at Arkansas Family Dental for over 10 years. On Today, I was HIGHLY disappointed. My crown came off, I walked into the office to have my crown(I paid over $500 for) glued back on. I was seen by Dr. Atkins, and billed over $200 to glue my crown back on. My out pocket portion was almost $100. As of Today, I have requested my dental records. Me & my family are in pursuit of another Dental Clinic. That's ridiculous!!!!

Came to an appointment and was told I owed over $200 for a past due bill. They said it was because my insurance was maxed out. They said i could not be seen for my appointment until i paid. I was never informed of this balance i had and i had 2 prior appointments before this for crowns. Why didn’t they tell me about this balance before I left the last time? Because it was not on my itemized treatment list. Anyway, I could not pay so i left.
Another experience, during one of my appointments I was getting a crown and left in SO much pain. I understand pain is expected from a crown but I had canker sores ALL over my mouth. I probably had 7-8 of them. I couldn’t eat for 4 days and was in so much pain. My mom called to talk to someone because she was so upset with the amount of pain I was in and they told her they would send in a prescription for some lidocaine. The prescription never got sent in, so the next day (Friday) we called to check and they said they would send the prescription but it would have to wait until Monday because the dentist was already gone for the day. So i spent the entire weekend in pain. I haven’t gone back since.
other than that, the assistants were very friendly. Just not a good experience for me.

The Staff at Arkansas Family Dental are great. They make sure you are treated well and comfortable during all procedures. Angela, Curtis and Taris make coming to this office wonderful. Thank you Guys for taking care of my dental needs for over 15 years.

Don't use them. We paid the amounts quoted for dental our work up front as required. Which was around $8000.00 or more. We unexpectedly received additional bills totaling almost $2000 close to a year later. They said to his is what our insurance didn't pay. We Started making payments on the outstanding balance. Now we're being sent letters threatening to put us in collections. My advice is to use someone else. I've never had this happen with any other dentist.

Dr. Ludford has done an excellent job of making me feel comfortable and the amount of work I have had and still need, whew! He’s up to the task! Angela my RDH is AMAZING. She makes me and my son (who they both take care of as well) feel safe, comfortable, and leave feeling accomplished in our personal/dental care. I would recommend everyone to get in at the AR Family Dental!
