Don't let the place fool you. They are overpriced. They are uncaring and their service isn't great at all. They made my wife wait over an hour and a half for treatment and then didn't apologize or check in the entire time. They don't care about your concerns. They have no sympathy. They are money hoarders and that's it. I needed a bunch of treatment but after my wife going there how that turned out, I would rather go anywhere else.

The most thorough and accommodating dentist visit I've ever had. Never before have I been given a building tour, introduced to the staff, been asked about myself, and been given as warm a welcome as I had here. Candace was my hygienist and she was a delight and performed the most thorough cleaning and sealing I've ever gotten! It's easy to see that the team here values their clients and enjoys their job. I overheard other clients in neighboring rooms cutting it up and having a great time with the staff as well. Professional and pleasant visit. Very happy with the services performed. Couldn't have asked for much more!

Good dental care is costly. Was able to do a second needed procedure at an appointment to place crowns.

Absolutely incredible service…the receptionist, Jacqueline, was so welcoming when I called. Raven was awesome…she gave an awesome tour of the office, was so kind, and informative. Dr. Card was a great dentist and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Love this office, will definitely be back soon (:

I absolutely love my dentist Dr. M! She's awesome! The staff is courteous from the moment you walk in until THEY walk you out the door. Andrew is a great dental hygienist! I've been coming here for years and highly recommend Arkansas Family Dental!

Excellent customer service extends beyond persuasive speaking skills. Excellent customer service also includes empathy and taking responsibility. How you solve an issue is just as crucial as providing service. As a new patient, walking into Arkansas Family Dental can seem like a peaceful solution for the first time. After all, a receptionist greets and addresses you by your first name, provides a tour showcasing the cleanliness of the facility, and shows the latest gadgets and procedures used to make your experience a memorable one. While this is a great marketing tactic, customer service should extend beyond the place and include the quality of service rendered.
Last year I was seen by Arkansas Family Dental for a simple cleaning procedure and an emergency procedure that involved underneath my gums. The services provided were excellent as they were simple procedures often performed daily. Because I had trusted the facility with my primary dental care, I was sure the facility could handle major dental cosmetics. Last August, I had a cosmetic procedure done -roughly $2,600. Again, I experienced the same excellent "treatment" that many of the reviews indicated. After the dentist completed the work, I was somewhat dissatisfied due to the difference in my appearance. I thought it was an initial reaction to the results of a new procedure. As I left the facility and sat in my car, I looked in the mirror and was immediately dissatisfied with the work. I contacted Arkansas Family Dental and communicated my dissatisfaction. They were polite and requested I return to correct the issue. I returned, and they worked on the issue. After getting home and talking with my family, I left and was dissatisfied with the results. My family, students, and friends indicated the work was subpar and that it significantly changed my appearance and my speech. I contacted Arkansas Family dental a second time as a drop-in. The same dental assistant proceeded to correct the issue. This time she had me look in another mirror to see if I liked the results. I was dissatisfied, and again, she proceeded to work on the issue. When I left the second time, I was disappointed, but I was apprehensive about contacting Arkansas Family Dental a third time. I called Arkansas Family Dental a third time. This time I saw one of the dentists. He worked on the issue, and while he made them look better than the previous times, I was disappointed in his work.
After seeing Arkansas Family Dental "three times," I decided to see another dentist and have the work redone. The new dentist assessed the previous work and concluded that the work was subpar. The new dentist not only fixed what Arkansas Family Dental was unable to fix but left me completely satisfied with the results. I requested a refund from Arkansas Family Dental. They denied my request due to "services rendered." I knew they would deny the request after reading other reviews. However, I requested a refund anyway.
I am glad I had the work redone, and the new service was quality work. If you seek a dentist's office for merely persuasive speaking skills, basic dental procedures, and grand tours, Arkansas Family Dental is your place. However, my concern will always include services rendered correctly and the thought of not seeking other dentistry options due to fixing mistakes.
I will not return; enjoy your tumblers

Very pleasant indeed!
This was my first time visiting and being a new patient I must say my visit was very pleasant. The establishment was very organized and clean. The environment was very nice and calm. I was met with a smile and was called back pretty quickly. I was given a tour by Kala, very sweet young lady. She made me feel welcomed with her bubbly personality. She was very professional and knew her job, she is one of the reasons I will be returning.
