I went in for an emergency appointment. All interactions with staff was great, welcoming, and friendly. Service was for quick and efficient. The doctor followed up on my issue immediately within the same week of being seen. Plan on making this place permanent for routine appointments. Also, I wanted to take the time to mention the wonderful view of the city in the patient rooms.

What an awesome group of people! I HATE having dental work done, but the staff at Little Rock Dentistry makes the experience less stressful. They play your choice of music during your procedure, and treat you like you’re their only patient. I have avoided a tooth repair for a long time, but they put me at ease from the outset! Dr. Cruse is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He is very thorough and explains what he is doing as he goes. His attention to detail is exceptional. I remember he was fixing the height of a crown I had and he didn’t let me leave until it was perfect. His office utilities the latest technology to give you the best care possible; I’ve always felt that I was in good hands. Pam the Hygienist is very gentle when it comes to cleaning you teeth and taught me how to floss properly. She also recommends great products. Sharon the Scheduler will instantly make you feel at home and you will love her. Amanda the Dental Assistant is great and fun to talk to. Dr. Cruse and his staff are also some of the most genuinely kind people you will ever meet! Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with them!

I love it here. They’ve been the most persistent, caring dentist office since I started coming last year. Sharon, Pam, and Dr. Cruse are truly superstars. When covid kicked off they made sure to keep me updated & in the loop. They even send me text updates and text me to schedule appointments, which is convenient. They even recommended finding options for certain operations that I couldn’t afford. They have the best customer service and helpful staff! If you’re needing a dentist Dr. Cruse & his staff are really the best.

My experience today was unbelievable Dr. Nguyen took so much time in helping me with my broken tooth to give me all the options allowing me time to think and process and ask questions he thoroughly answered my question and gave me all the information I needed he also helped get me in early so thankful for his professionalism and wisdom in his guidance today I read him a five Dentist !! I Highly recommend him to everyone!!! Plus he is just a real guy not pushy he wanted me to have all the information I needed!!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a LONG time. Shame on Me! Anywho, I absolutely loved it! Dr. Nguyen is simply the BEST! Very personable. Bedside manners were very pleasant! He put my mind at ease and even checked on me himself after my extractions. Front office staff was just as GREAT! Highly recommended!

You will feel so welcome as soon as you walk into the waiting room and see Sharon! I had Pam clean my teeth and she was so lovely. She guided and informed me of every step she was going to do. Dr. Cruse was incredibly nice and gentle. Highly recommend going to this dentistry and I can’t wait to come back soon!

This is the small practice experience I was looking for after getting seriously burned at a big practice with too much overhead. The staff is professional, courteous, honest, and fair in their billing. There aren't any bells and whistles, but who needs car giveaways and offers for Botox when you just need quality preventative care at affordable prices. If you have small kids, I must nod to their treasure box - it's a real charmer chock full of delightful treats. I really appreciate the simplicity and care at Little Rock Dentistry.
