Dr Van don’t listen to her patients. She’s too busy complaining about the rest of the staff to her assistant. She told me that filings needed to be replaced every 3-6 years and after she replaced one of mine, I was in pain, which she dismissed. I went to a new dentist and they found that the tooth was dying and would likely begin to abscess soon. I had to have a root canal. The hygienists are lovely and attentive but I’m never getting back in Dr Van’s chair.

I came here looking to have a tooth pulled. I had a bad molar and the dentist assistant really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with the dentist. Once the lady dentist came in she popped out the tooth easy peasy. I was amazed at how easy the extraction went the staff and the overall experience. I will definitely be back with any further yet issues in the future.

I went in for what I thought was a routine extraction and after that was given bad news about my bone loss. Dr Van told me I would have to have major surgery and extractions. I suffer from severe anxiety and never ending pain but her assistant Jessica talk with me and was able to calm me down enough to make another appointment to get the necessary work I needed. I like that Dr Van was so genuinely real and to the point and maintained an excellent bedside manner. I paid for the gas (40$ well spent ) The procedure wasn't as bad as I expected and they made sure I was comfortable and that the pain was at a minimum . I am recovering today and I feel pretty good about the work and my experience. The whole staff is awesome and I hope when they read this that they know the Original Post Malone is truly grateful ! (Inside joke lol)

Very rude and unfriendly staff! Front desk assistants have a nasty attitude, they like to argue with their patients & cut them off while the other person is trying to explain!! This place deserves 0 stars! I would NEVER recommend to anyone!!

My family and I are new to the area, and are THANKFUL that we found Pershing Dental. 4 extractions later, here is my review...
Staff: Professional and friendly. Every staffer was communicative, detailed, and operated with urgency. EVERYONE demonstrated genuine concern for patient- care and service.
Facility: Clean and presented with current equipment necessary to perform tasks.
Location: Easy & quick access from INT. 30 or 40. Plenty of parking.
Service: Professional, Caring, & Efficient. The Dentist & Techs outstanding; professional and very caring/understanding.
Overall: A great experience! My family and I will be back for all dental needs.

Staff their are very friendly but the service I would not recommend at all. I came in and got my upper teeth extracted which was fine and then got impressions done for dentures which was not professionally done, also I had dentures that I brought with me to put in until the new ones came in and they filed it down so much to where half of the teeth fell out. I let that go but when my dentures came in they did not fit properly I came in several times and they never fit not to mention the front teeth are protruding outwards and unpleasant to look at so I don't wear them at all, tried have them replaced and they denied me. What makes it even worse my mother had the same problem. We went in expecting to leave with a beautiful smile but left even worse.
