Great dentist and his assistant Tammy was wonderful. The micro managing nurse who was "helping" Tammy made things awkward as Tammy new exactly what she was doing the whole time and needed no coaching from my perspective. Super friendly front staff as well. Great 1st visit and experience. I will be giving them my dental business as they made feel at ease from the moment I sat down in the chair.

Fantastic experience I would highly recommend New Image if you're looking. Michelle at the desk was fantastic. I needed to get into a dentist quickly after losing a crown and she found some time to get me in and take care of my insurance quickly.
Dr. Socia was great he was able to save my tooth rather than just take the quicker, and I suspect more profitable procedure.
The entire staff was fantastic and Steph my hygienist for this visit was unbelievable. Again I highly recommend everyone was extremely professional and ran a great office.

I was very impressed with everyone who were involved with my visit. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very caring treating me. I am usually uncertain and uncomfortable visiting a dentist the first time but that was not the case here. I can’t believe that I could say that visiting a dentist was a good experience but it truly was.

We’ve been a patients at this office since 1999 or 2000 and NEVER had a bad experience or felt we were treated less than the absolute best. Love the support staff, Andrea, our Hygienist, and Dr Socia, our dentist. The staff are always friendly and supportive and go out of their way to try to accommodate their patients needs. Dr. Briese got me in very quickly! He was able to help me out and was very kind and professional. His assistant is wonderful and the two ladies helping at the front desk were very friendly. I already scheduled another appointment for later today and I will definitely be recommending this office to others!

I will never go back here. I had some fillings done here that were horrible. My bite was messed up and went back to get it fixed and the hygienist tried to tell me I had allergies... I had to argue with her for them to look and correct it. My bite still isn't what it used to be. 3 months later I get a bill in an email that says I owe hundreds more even though I was under the impression I had paid for the fillings when I got them done. Come to find out they did not process my card payment, and that the amount they originally told me I owe was simply an estimate which I knew but hundreds more??? I've never had a more awful experience at a dentist office.

Moving from the Midwest, finding a new dentist was a bit intimidating. My first visit at New Image Dental made feel at home. Extremely friendly staff, especially Kristina, welcoming area, definitely recommend.

This was my first visit and it was really refreshing. THE STAFF IS 10/10. Being military I’ve had some rough experiences with Dentist and Dental staff and this place was none of the above. Kristina and Jen were EXCELLENT really friendly and professional. Kristina really talked me through some things and answered all of my questions as well as relaying my messages to the Dentist, Mr Socia. All in all, I’m really looking Forward to my next visit.

My visit today was one of the best I’ve had! The hygienist was great and the dentist was very informative. I usually hate having new people in my mouth, but the young lady took very good care of me today!

Everyone is super friendly! My Dental assistant was fantastic. She was gentle and my teeth were sparkling after the cleaning. Back soon for some crowns.
