I went to Westport Dental for X-ray, teeth cleaning. I have crowns from previous dental work and hoping Dr. Donna Woo will adjust my bite. My experience at this dental office was comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional. First, the X-ray tech was gentle and not rush. Later Dr. Woo cleaned my teeth throughly and very detail; she was gentle with dental tools. Afterward She patiently adjusted the crowns and my bite felt so much better. She is patient and a good listener. Thank you for your help dr. Woo. I’ll get a night guard in another visit. 😃

Great family dentist in Anaheim! Dr. Woo and the staff makes you feel like family, very friendly and kind.

I had to replace 2 crowns during the holidays. Dr. Woo was able to accommodate my schedule and rushed my crowns before i had to leave for a job in Atlanta.

Dr. Hofkes put on my crowns, without the need for anesthesia. Even though Dr. Woo and Dr. Hofkes asked if i need the anesthesia, i decline, even though there was some sensitivity.

Dr. Hofkes is an excellent professional. He made me feel comfortable. I'm very satisfied with the final results.

All around, a great experience, knowledgeable Doctors and staff who went the extra mile to accommodate my time.

I keep having to go back for dental visits but last experience is my last one. They gave me 8 shots just to numb one tooth that never went numb. So what happened I left with no cavity fills and a super painful mouth without any dental work to be done except needle to the jaw bone. I will never be going back. All they could say was oops well sometimes that happens. What happened was you made me waist my time just to spend an hour and twenty minutes to try and numb me and to not get anything done. I'm over it!

Amazing dentist, the staff was truly caring and had a great sense of humor. Cristy stood out the most to me, she was very caring and communicated what they were going to do. I love the vibe there too, it’s an amazing place I will definitely be back!

I was experiencing alot of jaw pain and my tooth was hurting along with my gums. I was convinced that I needed a root canal. I called my dentist out in the Inland Empire but they were unable to see me. I called Dr Woo at Westport Dental. She was willing to get me in within a day. Her staff was warm, friendly and caring. Dr Woo actually recommended that I go straight to the specialist since I had so much pain. That impressed me because she put my needs and care before profit. I highly recommend the team at Westport Dental!

She was very accommodating with my requests. Her along with her crew were caring and pleasant. My cleaning process was gentle and pain free. I will be a new patient here, I'm glad I don't need to search around anymore, thank goodness.

Dr Ly is the best dentist ever! She is so gentle and she always asks during the procedure if you’re okay to make sure you’re not in pain. She gives you her honest opinion on helping you make decisions. Which came in handy! Came in because I was having discomfort and she fixed that and come to know I had a cavity and she fixed that as well. The receptionist makes you feel very welcomed and so do the dental assistants that work in the back. They are so nice! They make you feel like you’re at home. They ask you how your day was! They are very genuine 😊 Everything from stepping into the office to leaving this office was amazing!!! This office is the best I’ve been to by far! Definitely my new permanent dentist! ❤️ I will definitely be recommending people here!!!

I started coming to Westport Dental which is an hour drive for me on a recommendation and I am so glad I did. Dr Woo, Dr Kevin, Jackie and Kenya are THE BEST. I have hated the dentist like most people but I can legit say I love my dentist! They treat me like family. They take the time to show and explain to you what needs correcting, make sure you are comfortable and offer new age laser treatments. This is now my families dentist. I highly recommend.

It was my first time here at Westport dental. Dr. Woo and her staff were very welcoming and super nice! She did my cleaning and was so gentle. I felt relaxed and informed the whole time. Had an overall great experience and will definitely be coming back! Would recommend to all

The staff is delightful, the dentist she seemed wonderful and skilled, but their prices are insane. I have Delta Dental and they initially refused to allow me to take home the estimate and summary of work I needed for a crown, saying they "do not allow patients to have their estimates and plans for treatment" and they told me they were giving me $100 off because there is a "special" only right now for crowns..... Sure there is lol... I was in shock, never trust anyone who will not give you a paper copy of what they are estimating for you, or if they will not give you a copy of documents they have made you sign for treatment. These people seemed dishonest to me. They also slightly overcharged me for fillings, but the crown was so alarmingly high that I knew there was a need to shop around, and two other dentist, on the SAME STREET (less than a mile away) as these guys gave me estimates of $200 less for exactly the same crown on the same tooth with the same materials!!! This place needs to go out of business. They give dentists a bad name and waste time. Also I have put an image for proof of their overpriced services. I liked some of the staff so now I feel bad for them having to work with these con-artists, I hope they pay their assistants fairly, I wouldn't be surprised if they are not. I'm pretty sure it's just the dentist and her billing assistant (who looks like she could be the dentist's mother) who are the bad eggs. They should have never denied me a copy of my treatment plan because that was the red flag, when I knew something was wrong.
