I rarely have an issue with the dentist, and I always have a great experience. However, I decided to try a new dentist since I re-located near this dentist. I would avoid this dentist at all costs. They will try to charge for unnecessary producers. If your insurance doesn't cover the "extra charge of dental work," they will ask you to pay out of pocket. Honestly, a lot of things this arent even needed. They are greedy for money and will try everything to drain every penny. The only thing good about the place is their kind, but its front. Sometimes, even worse, they would also damage your teeth, so you would have to come back and get other things done. So please avoid this place.

I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a dentist. Dr. Ly and her team take their time and make sure the process isn’t painful or uncomfortable. I get my teeth clean and they always ask if I’m okay. Her team is very kind and I stumbled upon them when I was working for Disney and I have been coming since. I’m truly happy I have found her office and met her team.

Really bad service, Dentist Ly Ho performed unnecessary work on me just for the greed and to charge the insurance. Dentist performed unnecessary root canal and reduced two of my Good tooth all the way down in order to sell me two crowns. Don't ever go to this place. Look elsewhere, in the past the previous dentist used to be good. But now dentist Ly Ho is a disgrace to this place. Very dishonest dentist.

Overcharged me for a basic cleanup with insurance. Front desk staff is pretty much a sales team that overcharges and recommends $3,000 worth of work.
I don't take negative reviews lightly and rarely write negative reviews. Warning people, just people another dentist.

This dentist got me comfortable enough to where i dont feel scared of the dentist! As a kid i had a very tramatizing experience at another office and that made me scared to never go back. Im glad i met Dr Ly and her staff becauae now i know i can keep my mouth free of cavities and be happy to come back. Thank you doctor Ly!

Dr. Ho is gently and great dentist. She explains all the treatment until you understand. She also has flexible financial options. She understand each person has different financial issue and she will work with you. I highly recomend this place for you all

Great place & nice staff
I have been going to this place for a few years now and always have a pleasent time. I've had quite a lot of work done from crowns to filling and a bridge done. Always feel like their taking good care of me and have my health as their top priority.

About 2 years ago i went in to get a tooth fixed i chipped. I thought i was set since i had insurance. I was told that i would have to get a cleanning before they could fix my tooth. They were nice to me so i went with what they told me. They ended up only doing a half mouth cleanning and i paid around $250 from my pocket. Then was told i would have to go back to finish the other side of my mouth cleanning. I was given an insane list of things i would need done with hundreds of dollars. When i got home i realised i had a big hole on one of my mollars that was not there before. Bad experience, never went back. Felt like i was getting scammed

Great experience! The staff was very nice. I went in due to an emergency, as I'm from out of state, and was taken in the same day. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely refer our family and friends here.

I would not go to this dentist again despite her nice bedside manner. The secretary feigned ignorance about what billing codes were, then when I insisted, stated that she thought I was a new patient and supplied the codes. This is a blatant violation of patients rights and a potential reason for malpractice lawsuits. Regardless, knowing billing codes was vital to see what my insurance would pay for especially since the bill seemed so high and none of the procedures were explained to me until I started questioning the charges. I got it reduced by removing unnecessary procedures. This office seems to be run by unscrupulous greed. It's a travesty that we live in a society where people try to profit from others medical needs. Needless to say, I have changed dentists.
