I’m so glad we found Your OC Dentist! Happened to drive by one day and saw their office. A few weeks later my husband developed a sore tooth while on a camping trip and I called them on the way home and they got him seen right away! After that great experience we moved our entire family over to them and we’ve been so happy! My son had a dental emergency last week and Dr. E called me that night and got him in first thing the next morning! We love Your OC Dentist!

I have been able to bring patients to him that have a very strong fear of Dentists. They have state of the art equipment and are able to make even the most fearful patients feel at ease.

I am very impressed, by the Team and Dr. "E" in Anaheim. We were looking, as European people, for a good dentist and we found the best in USA!! Dr. "E" and his team are so highly motivated, so amazing that I lost my fear to go to the dentist. And I was app. 8 times in the last 2 month with them. Honestly always been satisfied with how they do their work. Been with them for 10 years and I have no regrets whatsoever. I highly recommend this place to everyone who needs to check up on their teeth and keep them healthy. Another thing, the people who work here are amazing! Always have a smile and are always so kind! I would rate this 100 stars if I can.

**1st POST 5 STARS ~ NOW 2 STARS ***IT's WORTH READING but only if you hate paying rediculous dental prices with your insurance PPO or HMO ***

I spent almost 25yrs with my previous dentist. Over time there was a gradual increase of questionable insurance claims, rescheduled and/or cancelled appts without prior notice, frequent switching of hygienists upon arrival, elevated co-pays and billing insurance for service(s) not provided. My patience finally wore out. I received contact info, from my insurance, for Dr. Einollahi and after reading his bio & viewing patients video feedback, on their website, I sensed he may be a good fit. The first visit went well. He was thorough and forthcoming. During our initial meeting, I found his personality to be calming while reflecting an interest in my concerns. The staff members I spoke with, were both friendly and professional. Going forward I remain positive this was the right move.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE** You ARE in control unless $$$$ is no object**

I am someone who pays attention to my insurance co-pays and the UNIVERSAL DENTAL CODES. To learn what this is, check your patient charge aka co-pay schedule and call your insurance co. for help. It may save you $$$$ down the road. I write this update after a treatment plan was presented. As mentioned in initial review, I selected this office primarily because I liked the bio on the dentist, their website video feedback and I wanted to do business with an office who used correct universal dental codes matched the proposed treatment. I shared my concerns with both the billing office, prior to 1st visit and again on 1st visit. They seemed to understand & assured me no problem. Sadly, this did not happen. After I matched codes with treatment, the 1st proposed plan dropped from $5473 to $5243. However the dental codes used in their plan matched to my ins. copay totaled closer to $1000 give or take some minor issues with upgrade metals. I was told this is the total and my insurance does not cover the service even though the D codes did. I verified 3 times with ins. co and again just prior to writing this update. The office scheduled an appt. with the dentist to review the plan and discuss options for specific services. The day of the appt. the dentist called and left a voice message "We weren't a good fit & to find another dentist." I'm saddened this happened as I felt the dentist and office staff were pleasant and very safe with COVID practices. However, with the abrupt cancelling of our patronage it gives the appearance, at least to me, he did not want to be questioned about the large discrepancy with their cost vs my co-pay and probably preferred not to offer any alternative options. IE: crown(s) in lieu of bonding, crown(s) in lieu of veneers for teeth cracks, porcelain crowns w/ceramic base vs porcelain crown w/metal base, etc. In closing, I would highly suggest for anyone who takes time to read this post realize YOU are in control of the expense for your dentist in which you have a copay. Just read your book and you might be surprised how much you could have saved and can save going forward. Dentists have upsales, which is part of doing business, (I get it) but they should also take into consideration whether a patient has sufficient disposable income for high end services and be considerate to select those services which are covered and still give the patient a quality finished product. To Dr. Einollhi. I wish it would have worked out. When you closed the door with out giving me an opportunity to discuss other options, it spoke volumes about what happened. I was looking forward to reviewing potential options to reach a mutual agreement but for some reason you preferred to close the door. As a result I feel it only fair my original 5 star rating be reduced to 2 stars. You receive 1 star for friendliness and 1 star for COVID precautions.

Great Experience from the first impression. Every one was polite kind and welcoming which is great. A dentist with a great supportive staff is key for a dental office to be great. This dentist has that. Was very concerned and calming in regard to my dental needs. I am very happy and am actually switching my whole family to this dentist. I would recommend. The dentist shook my hand and introduced himself.

Horrible, 1 star only because I can't pick 0 zero stars. If you want a dentist without any drama , you came to the wrong place. Rude and dishonest office manager💩. Arrogant and condescending Dr ,that talks down to you in a-demoralizing way. All around just a bad experience, all while over charging for their "hyped up cleanings" and xrays . No thanks "your OC dentist "

I've been too a lot of dental offices, but by far this place is the best. The attention to the patient comfort is unmatched. A lot of the other places I've been too have left me with fear and anxiety, so finding this place was Win. I definitely recommend this place if you're a person that needs extra patients and attention to sensitive teeth.

The best dentist I've seen in my life.
