Unfortunately, my husband had a not so great experience at this office.
As a new patient he only went in for the usual exam/X-ray/regular cleaning visit. Dentist recommended deep cleaning. My husband said he would follow up after the regular cleaning first.
She said , " Oh that won't help."
She then referred him to the sales lady after finding out insurance did not cover deep cleaning.
As one other reviewer mentioned, this office seems to have an 'income generating' type of attitude and is NOT patient oriented.

BEWARE! This office appears very professional and friendly, but uses DECEPTIVE practices when it comes to informing you of your choices as far as costs and materials. Dr. Rabah and her staff did not inform me that I had any choices that would keep my costs down for a simple crown. I had previously called both my insurance company and this office to be sure they were contracted with my dental insurance, which they are, however I ended up paying $1120.00 more than I should have!
When I called the office manager later to ask why I was charged so much, she openly explained that Dr. Rabah much prefers this certain type of crown and that is why she does not offer choices (yes, even if it's going to cost you over $1,000 more than you need to pay!). She also does not inform patients of extra costs and range of choices in material because she finds this "confuses the patient"!!
I have never been treated this way by a dentist and have always been voluntarily told if I had options. It's the ethical thing to do! My tooth was really bothering me and I mistakenly assumed since they were contracted with my insurance company they would let me know if my insurance would not cover something they were recommending. This office is out to get as much of your money as they can grab.

ABSOLUTELY NOT, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE! I was told that they do not factor out pricing or insurance coverage in advance. I was referred, they received my file, xrays, and insurance information up front but would not spend the time or money until such time as I was physically having the procedure done. That makes seeking out better pricing difficult, actually I suppose it didn't. In my 56 years this was the only contractor that I have had that told me "They aren't spending the time or money in advance", and I was told the same on two seperate calls. I had to call again because I was certain that I had initially misunderstood. Nope, the same receptionist and the same verbiage verbatim. Unreal for real! They received one star because I was required to choose at least one.

The doctor and other team members are great. I expressed I had some fear surrounding needles, and the doctor is very willing to be gentle and hear me. Great experience highly recommend

I made an emergency dental appointment to get my teeth pulled. They called to confirm the appointment and the next day they called again to tell me that they don't take my insurance. I call them back to cancel the appointment. They keep calling me ABOUT the appointment and asking if I have another insurance provider. This is quite annoying.

Dr. Faulk and his cohort are liars and deceivers. He is incompetent and she and the staff covers for his ineptness.
I'm still having difficulties with a bridge that was fabricated to fit the opposite side of my mouth. They had to file so much to make it fit and still has a HUGE gap between my bridge and my gums that food gets caught everytime I eat.
When I went to him to ask him to fix it he refused. Offered me 500.00 to get rid of me. It cost 3500.00 for the procedure.
They don't guarentee their work and lawyers will not take on a case unless it has affected your physical health. Mental and emotional doesn't count.
So if you go there just don't let Dr. Faulk touch you.
Don't let his first impression fool you.
He was so nice and made me feel so comfortable until I told him I needed him to fix it. Then he turned UGLY... VERY UGLY.. He's a GASLIGHTER.... VERY UGLY...

This is by far the best dental experience I've ever had. They show you what work needs to be done, and they take care of it with professionalism, compassion and gentleness. They are flexible and very patient-oriented. They have always taken excellent care of both my husband and me - I've been super impressed every time! You are given all of the time that's needed - whether what you originally went in for runs long or not. You are tended to with kindness and caring until the job is fully done. They go above and beyond - both the dentists and practitioners, as well as the awesome office staff! Truly, I've not had this type of service and caring in a VERY long time! I feel SO grateful to have found this dental practice! I do not mind going to the dentist any more!

This place told me I had a cavity that needed to be filled same day. The offered me all kinds of payment plans and credit to get it done. I refused because I didn't have the money, or good credit and the last thing I needed was to have another debt against my name. Lo and behold, when I did get in to see a different dentist I HAVE NO CAVITIES. I almost had my tooth drilled because this place wanted to make some money. There was nothing wrong with my teeth. THEY LIED. Beware. Have them show you. Do your research. Get a second opinion. Never thought I'd have to treat my teeth like I do my car when I take it to the mechanic.

I have only been going to Sierra Smiles for six months. How I wish I had discovered them sooner. Now I realize that my former dentist office was not high-tech, and I think many of my dental problems were missed. The dentist and staff are exceptional. I feel very cared for, and the office seems warm and pleasant, like family. They even offered me a neck rest, which I had never used before. It made a wonderful difference and helped make me very comfortable during the extensive dental work I'm having to have done. I also like being able to see the digital x-rays because it makes it very clear to me and gives me confidence of what I need to have done.

They took the time to take care of a cavity and a crown so I didn’t have to make another trip!
