OUTSTANDING! Dr. Tsai and his staff are wonderful; friendly, helpful with your scheduling needs, and always a smile to share. You actually feel like they care. I've always been nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. But Dr. Tsai's friendly and good natured personality quickly put me at ease and, the root-canal he did, didn't even hurt. Horrible staff. Charged for missed appointments when I was hospitalized by ambulance & we let the office know. You lost patients today based on your petty behavior. We will never recommend this dentist.
