Amazing staff, and excellent service. Arrive and seen with no delays. Online forms made registering easy and fast. Scheduling was out about 1 month but there's a reason for the long wait the happy customers keeping them busy. I didn't mind waiting because the service is well worth it. Clean office and very friendly staff. Great location, parking has plenty of trees given beautiful shade for those Bakersfield summer heat wave afternoon appointments.

First time visit after 2 years of bad dental experiences with other places, and I feel like I have finally found the perfect fit. The staff was really warm and friendly, even the employees who were not a part of my care were kind and friendly. I was met with "hi," "hello," or friendly smiles from everyone who made eye contact with me. Simple acknowledgment can go a long way these days and it was definitely appreciated. From X-rays to exam to cleaning and discussing a plan of care with the dentist was so thorough! Not once did I ever feel as if any of them were trying to rush to move on to the next patient. I truly felt each person was focused on doing their best for me at each step. There was no "sales push" on anything I just recommendations and opinions for my needed treatment. So far, so good- actually so far, EXCELLENT! I'll update as my treatment progresses. As of now. 5 stars all the way!

Southwest family dentistry is such a wonderful place. They were able to see my whole and treated them with so much care and information. They were very general with each of us and attentive to how comfortable we all were during any procedure.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a family oriented establishment.

I got my first ever filling here this week. The process went very well! They walked me through the process and checked on me multiple times. Everyone's experience with this is different I'm sure, but my gums don't hurt at all and it's the next day! I also love how tech savvy this office is. I did all of my initial paperwork through a link they sent me.

Only thing to say is PHENOMENAL.
Called and was able to get me in within couple hours. Luck was on my side as I needed surgery and their oral surgeon was in office. They immediately made arrangements for me. The staff was so helpful, polite, and work at a fast pace to ensure top customer service.
Next day received a wellness check in call to see how I was doing that truly tells you how far they go for their patients.

I love Southwest Family Dentistry - they are THE BEST. Dr. Ryan is over the top wonderful - very thorough and gentle - you hardly know he is working on your teeth!! His assistants are amazing - competent and efficient. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

The best dentist place I’ve been to in town, They make you feel at home & Take care of you & you don’t ever feel pain when cleaning or getting work done on your teeth!! I recommend them all the time.
