Dental Care of Beverly Hills

Dr. Lalezarian has been our family dentist for over ten years. We travel from Porter Ranch to Beverly Hills, which can be almost as painful as a toothache, but we do it because he is a highly skillful dentist, and we trust him to do a great job, every time, which he does. He has also gotten us to pay more attention to our dental health. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. For these reasons I give this dental office the highest rating of 5 stars.

Dr. Ken is the BEST dentist i have ever found. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with Dr. Ken Lalezarian at Dental Care of Beverly Hills. I was in a serious situation, and Dr. Ken's staff got me in as soon as possible, took x-rays at low cost, and did a complete evaluation. I've been to several dentists with both standard and cosmetic issues in both the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills areas. Dr. Ken and his staff are absolutely expert - a wonderful, welcoming staff, expert assessment, transparent pricing, and outstanding world-class dental work. if you, like me, have a serious situation and need compassionate care, there is no "dental shaming". Dr. Ken gives a complete assessment and all options, and his office works with you to form a plan that will bring you back to full dental health. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Expert treatment. True compassion. Great follow-up, Thank you Dr. Ken, Violet, and your entire staff for the work you do.

Unprofessional, unethical, and sleazy-salesy.
Friday night my front tooth cracked for no apparent reason so Saturday I was in search of a dental office that is open. I called this office and a very nice receptionist answered the phone. She said doc is not in and she can schedule me for next Friday. I've explained that I'm very stressed out because my teeth are falling apart and I need to see someone ASAP, I haven't tried eating yet so not sure if it's painful (as it turned out it was). She said to wait and a few minutes later after talking to someone said they can take me in. What a nice dental practice, I thought, she asked the doctor to come in or maybe the doc was already there and decided to make an exception for my medical emergency! I finally found a perfect dental practice!
I came in, filled out paperwork and a strange thing, receptionist asked me to show my teeth to her in the waiting room in front of other patient sitting there. I obliged, but felt bad. A few minutes of waiting a nurse took me to an exam room, asked me to explain what is happening. I told her that my tooth started cracking and I have pain when I eat and drink. She asked me to open my mouth and show her my teeth, then nodded and asked me if I have a night guard. No, I don't. She brought in a sample of night guard, invisiline for the day wear and said I will need these. She also mentioned they won't be taking ex-ray today. Then she started talking about the color of my teeth, how yellow they were (even though it's my natural color and not bad) and said if I ever want to make them whiter they can do that. And in fact veneers is a great solution to my cracked tooth problem! Apparently she strongly advises against the other repairs and recommends veneers for my case. I was very confused why a nurse is talking to me about this, I was expecting to see a doctor. I've asked to see the cost of both options hoping that the doc will come in soon. Then the receptionist came and asked me how old I was (strange question...) and after my answer said that since I'm young and pretty (hmmm..) they will give me a VERY GOOD discount on a set of 4 veneers (I guess if you're not young or pretty they don't give you discounts, so be aware of discrimination based on your age and looks...). Then she said that other repair option is very expensive and won't be covered by insurance and she has so much experience in this, she knows without checking, and she strongly advises to do veneers. I was in shock. A nurse and a receptionist, not a licensed doctor, just advised me on a treatment plan for my medical emergency! I've asked to see a doctor. Apparently the doctor is off and wasn't in today. To my questions why did they make an appointment for me today knowing I have a cracked tooth and need medical assistance and wasting my time when I could've gone to a clinic where they can help me the receptionist said she told me the doctor is not in before. Yes, before she took a few minutes talking to someone and I was under the assumption it was a doctor! Saturday afternoon wasted, all clinics that were open on Saturday by the time I was done, closed. Here i am writing a review with a cracked tooth and not able to eat properly because they wanted to sell me veneers and make some money at an expense of a suffering person! Unprofessional, unethical, just plain wrong taking advantage of people in need of urgent dental care.

I found Dr Lalezarian because of an emergency. Thank goodness I found him! And my husband and I switched our family dentist because of his excellent care.

His front office is very accommodating. And they have Saturday hours occasionally, so this is a great plus! His dental assistants and hygienists are all top notch. But what I particularly love about Dr. Lalezarian is his genuine passion for dentistry. And maintaining your oral health (vs unilaterally suggesting veneers, and unnecessary cosmetic dentistry, etc.) Also know, that after his treatment, your smile will be AMAZING again, and you will have a better chance of achieving results, and maintain your natural teeth!

Dr. Lalezarian is the best in dental care. Every visit is great, and consistent incredible work. The staff at the office are so welcoming and professional, it creates a tranquil less intimidating visit. My oncology team referred me to Dr. Lalezarian for routine check-ups after a Bone Marrow Transplant, because he is that qualified. I highly recommend DENTAL CARE OF Beverly Hills to anyone!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Lalezarian for many years and highly recommend him. I had some challenging issues with my teeth. He put together a team of orthodontist and periodontist, to work with him on my teeth and I owe my healthy teeth to his professional work. If not for all that work, I would be using dentures now. Only one caveat: While you are laying on his chair, your gums are numb and there is all kinds of gadgets in your mouth, he still expects you to laugh when he is telling you a joke!!

Dr Lalezarian is very good at explaining every aspect of your dental
care program, things you would never think of, material used, time
frames, and temporary management of your program to keep you able
to work and be out in the public..
The staff is excellent and friendly, and easy to work with your schedules.

I've been going there for most of my adult life... over 20 years I'm sure. Yikes! Dr. Lalezarian is like family. He's kind, affable and above all really good at his job. My husband has a bridge in the front of his mouth and they look so real. I've had other friends with bridges for their front teeth too and they whistle when they talk.. not my husband. The bridge fits perfectly!

Saba has been my hygienist for years and always treats me respectfully. My teeth always feel great after my cleanings with her. I haven't had any bad experiences, so I recommend Dr. Lalezarian's office to anybody in the area.

I have known Dr.Lalazerian since the 70's. He has always been on top of his game, using advanced techniques and creating a warm and helpful clinic in a very competitive field. His quick smile and ready humor puts even the most nervous patient at ease. Personally, I can't say enough good things about him. Also a very good friend. Happy New Year Ken!
