I Donβt have the words to express my gratitude to the team of dentists and assistances who attended my 9 year old daughter who is neurodiverse and has sensory issues. Their patience, compassion and love for what they are doing is remarkable. We love you guys. Best! ππ½πͺ₯π¦·β€οΈ

Took great care of me. Appointments are long and it can take months to finish work, but i feel it was worth it in the end.

I have been getting implants. It has taken a couple years but they are very thorough and do topnotch work!

I graduated from the dental school. What a wonderful experience! Caring, collegial educators---unlike so many other dental schools. I had wonderful people come in to allow me to work and learn on them. I really appreciate them going thru all the time consuming procedures to get checked off! What a great place!

UCLA and Dr. Joan Pi-Anfruns illegally shared my personal health information without my consent, which is in violation of CA and HIPPA law.
I saw Pi-Anfruns for a second opinion for an improperly placed implant from another dentist. During court, the original dentist awkowledged knowing Pi-Anfruns, and desperately called Pi-Anfruns requesting my personal health information (PHI). Pi-Anfruns gave the original dentist my PHI without my consent. A HIPPA investigation found that Pi-Anfruns and UCLA violated Federal law.

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel this is my ethical obligation. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. You will be so sorry. I wish I'd looked up reviews before my partner decided to go. you'd think with the faculty oversight and all the "experts" involved that the care would be professional and safe but that is NOT THE CASE. The way they schedule the appointments is definitely a challenge (4 visits to do what might take a normal dentist one or two), and there were some red flags we should have heeded. But we don't have a lot of money and believed there would be quality control having so many people involved in the care. First they lost a piece of a tool inside his tooth during a root canal that couldnt be retrieved... then they sent him home with a filling that was all messed up and jutting into his cheek causing unnecessary pain. Then a FACULTY MEMBER drilled into a healthy tooth out of pure negligence. And now we're finally headed to a real dentist fully expecting to pay thousands and thousands of dollars we don't have on repairing this damage. Will send an update later but safe to assume this is the beginning of a long, expensive and painful journey. And I've read so many stories of people even worse off than us! Look at other reviews for dentists -- most of the poor reviews are for long waiting times or other trivial stuff. This place is ruining peoples live with zero accountability -- STAY A

Very good service

It's a complete scam. Went requiring serious dental work and there were no cost savings even though it's a student doing the work. It was the same price as going to any orthodontist. Not a service to refer. I was homeless and they left me with a dental health condition that al.ist killed me I still have problems regardless of long term antibiotic use to control the infections that will eventually stop my heart.

This place is leaps & bounds over all other dentist offices I have ever known. They deal with children all day everyday. My daughter receives the best care, they are compassionate & put her at ease. She is 12 & has not had a cavity in over 4 years. Their suggestions on oral care had the dentist impressed with her oral hygiene.
